5 /I11/2019 around noon. I asked the bartender(male) if he knew how to make a martini. He looked at me like I was a dumb girl and with a slight attitude said yes I do. I said I like mine with tomato juices. Heres the bartender making my Martini- he grabs the martini glass( not the Shaker), puts tomato juice in it. Ok fine. Then adds vodka, looks at me and ask if I like olive juice. I said yes, he pours just as much olive juice as vodka in the martini glass. He adds 2 olives and walks away. Wait what the hell just happened here is what I'm thinking. So eventually he comes back he makes a few drinks for another table complaining the whole time how he basically just doesn't like the fact that he is busy- ok wait I'm a bartender too and customers tips is what I work for.. finally comes back again and I say can you please add some vermouth cuz that is what makes a martini. He grabs the red vermouth- again I thought you know how to make a martini,,, I have to tell him, please grab the white. He pours it directly into the martini glass. What happened to making a martini the right way. Guess what I still got charged the full price of very messed up drink, a complaining about every customer bartender. Normally I don't complain, but when I ask if you know how to make a drink don't make me feel stupid. By the way when we were leaving I did let him know I am a bartender also, so I know how to make this drink I...

The food was okay. The Mac and cheese was super good but the chicken fried steak was gummy. So I couldn’t even finish it but to top it off.. without it being known to us until today when I happened to look at the receipt after cleaning out my purse.. I noticed they added a “large group” gratuity to my order when all that was done was 3 refills and our food was just pushed out on a cart. We had 5 kids. 2 being toddlers and my husband and I. Like we aren’t that big of a family.. I definitely don’t think they should add a 20% to it without making it known they do. I also asked her how I could add a tip and she told me how without telling me there was already a 20% gratuity added and so I tipped $10 and she never told me there was already a 20% tip added. It was definitely not worth the huge bill we paid that day and will never be back. We got checked in on once. They acted as though we were having her work her butt off when she just wheeled our food on a cart and then gave 3 refills at one time. Never asked her for any thing and she never asked if we needed anything. There were only 3 tables in the whole place that had customers so it isn’t like it was busy either. Super disappointing. And for real… not...

This place is absolute disgrace. The entire nature of the “aesthetic” of this establishment is rooted in erasure and glorification of mass displacement and genocide of indigenous people of turtle island, more specifically the Cheyenne, Araphoe and Oglala Sioux people. The museum is entirely filled with stolen artifacts with absolutely no context of their origin or any disclosure that they are in fact stolen from indigenous people who were genocide by white settlers. There aren’t even descriptions of the objects in the cases beyond saying that they are being “borrowed” from the thieves who stole them from indigenous people. The only information provided about the indigenous people to whom these objects and land belong to are a few sentences on a small piece of paper in one of the cases with absolutely zero detail. I was disgusted by this entire establishment. Do not give them a dime. Return these artifacts to their rightful owners and their descendants. Land back. Taking this review down is only further erasure and more blood...

We stopped here as we were traveling via i80 because we like to try unique places to eat. It looked interesting from the Google Maps entry, so we stopped for dinner. It’s a little confusing because there are multiple entrances and it’s not obvious which one enters into the restaurant (all the way to the left). The dining area is relatively small, but cozy. I had a buffalo burger and it was very good (never had one before but it tasted the same as a regular burger to me). The steak fries were also good. My wife said her BLT and salad were good. The service was okay, but a little slow given they were not busy. We walked through the museum, which was neat, but we wouldn’t come here just for that. We did not see the show so I cannot comment on that. The overall atmosphere was pretty neat though with the old Western town look and feel. We would come back again.

Reviews are all over the place. This tells me the overcooked steaks are probably a certain cook. My ribeye and my wifes Salmon were ordered med rare. Both came out well done and dry. The sides were great and so was the service. TO THE OWNER, yes we did mention the extremely overcooked protiens. It seemed to fall on deaf ears. It was Saturday July 22nd 2023 at 3pm. That should help you know who the cook was. We didn't want a refund so we only mentioned after paying. Ruining our good Nebraska beef like that should be a crime. All I could taste was charred meat flavor. I had to load it with salt to make it palatable. So now the ball is in your court. I hope you fix the problem because you have a good thing there.

Visit! Visit! This place is truly underrated. The location is great with a big space for parking. The building's facade immediately transports you to the Wild West. As soon as you walk in, the history and beauty of the location just wraps you all around. Every single inch of the place contains history and antiques as part of its theme and motif. The buildings are all interconnected from the inside: restaurant to an old saloon (with a working stage and bar) to walk down history to a gift shop. The food is absolutely delicious. The service was incredible. Do not miss the chance to visit this gem because it is one of a kind.
