Villa Burritos — Restaurant in Ogallala

I love this little hidden place in Nebraska! We are traveling down on the 80 and stayed in Ogallala for the night and I was surprised that they actually had Mexican food options! This is actually a little food truck that has an awesome burrito that we all enjoyed! We had machaca burrito that had eggs, potatoes, and cheese and chili and a sausage burrito, with eggs and potatoes. We finished them all and their salsa options are good too. I was thankful that this small town had this! I totally recommend this to all anglos, you don't wanna miss on their awesome flavors! They also have bottled drinks, and we had the coke of course! We stopped on Monday on our way back to Denver. My husband and I each had a carne asada burrito with fries inside. Our kids had bean and cheese burritos, and steak tacos. Our burritos were insanely delicious. I immediately wished we bought more than one each. Our kid with the tacos was so excited that they were street taco style, just like we had in Mexico. These are delicious street tacos! I e had the carne asada and the barbeqoa (sorry for the spelling). This is a food truck next to a gas station, 100% worth it. We came every day we were in town for lunch. I added the sour cream and cheese if you don't want it. Everything is made to order. Great family running it. Very friendly.
