Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I'll never come back. The main item being advertised for Arby's across America right now is the Philly Cheesesteak but this Arby's doesn't offer it. It's in my face on every commercial & looks delicious! I've tried twice to get one. They also stopped serving the Italian sub, potato cakes & I'd do the wings but the bbq sauce is extremely hot. I'm left with 0 reason to even come here. Seems to be an ongoing issue with every restaurant. I'f I like something & go there specifically for that item, they take it away. I'll just...

Every time I go through this drive through half of the order is missing, service isn’t the best and they barley act like they are happy to be at their job. I know it’s not the best but it’s what you have and customer service is the #1 thing I look for. Being a manager myself I don’t appreciate the rude customer service. Great service at the Arby's in south Zanesville tonight. Adam helped me remember one of my favorite ways to order a roast beef sandwich that is no longer on the menu. So because of Adam ☆#1, the food was fresh and piping HOT☆#2, they were busy with people but worked very efficiently ☆#3, everyone shared a smile ☆#4 and last but not least the restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms ☆#5!!!
