The food has always been good at this location.
I also run a retail outlet. The last I was instructed by the state of Ohio is it all my personnel were to have face masks on. Looks like the training of what that means and how important is is to do this has been totally ignored by the workers at this location. if you want to get back to me and show me where the state of Ohio is change that regulations I would be happy to redo my review.
You have had a great add campaign. That insured me that it could be contactless after the food passed through you 450• ovens.
What good is that if the boxes, napkins or plates have been sprayed by droplets?
If I see this again I must report is to the local and state health authorities. Be certain I will no use this location again anytime soon. Even though it is the closest to home.
Respond please. Give me your logic on how this connects? How is it fair to the other locations we have used. Vandalia on National road for example.

Read moreThe delivery driver was amazing. Loved him. Gave him a great tip. But the in store staff in the other hand? Rude and very inconsiderate. I called about an order that said delivered, but the driver was nowhere to be found. Called. Lady picked up. She said the driver was on top of the address. I said, "Hold on, let me check." And she hung up on me while i was checking. Guy wasn't there. I called again, and a guy answered, and he left me on hold for over 10 minutes before i went and hung up. We were on the way out the door to go directly to the store when the delivery driver finally showed up and explained what happened. We totally understood the situation, but that was a situation that i know the people inside the store were aware of. So there was absolutely no reason to be treated the way that i was. It is completely unacceptable and...
Read moreEdit in response to reply: Thank you for responding. Thank you also for an attempt at an explanation. What your explanation seems to convey is that lower delivery minimums = more orders = more revenue = more drivers = more employment. If so, I am in complete agreement. As Domino's has shown itself to be a company with a social conscience (fixing broken roadways and potholes, per the recent "Paving for Pizza" ad campaign) I'm sure you would likewise agree that fulfilling more orders for more satisfied customers while creating jobs (in a widely considered economically depressed area no less) would be beneficial to everyone? Just a thought.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Domino's, a lot of $17 and $18 dollar orders went to your competitors because of your $20...
