Do you value Quality? If so, allow yourself to be indulged in an atmosphere of unique and odd collection of antiques, modern, and somewhat psychedelic design, especially the entrance to the well kept restrooms. Such a blast from the past , including the gas pump handle that I would describe to the perfect temperature setting of the water coming out of the nozzle to wash your hands in a very cool sink! Plenty of space to celebrate any occasion for large and small groups with an additional party room that can be booked online. Several tv’s for you sports fanatics. Also, did I mention the Bar area? They have a separate tap for one of my fav’s, Bluemoon…! Wow! You’ve never had a bluemoon until you’ve had one at Don&Sue’s!!! The good you ask??? Well, prepare yourself for the Best pizza I’ve ever had this side west of New York. They’re are several choices of specialty pizza’s, and of course you can order your own style pie as well. Chicken wings are superb, finger foods are amazing and it is so lit with lighting , memorabilia, and last but certainly not least is the service, and attentiveness to your needs will most certainly impress the most critical food critic out there! So, what the Hell are you waiting for? Go try it, if you don’t like it, you must be from the planet where NOTHING COULD MAKE YOU HAPPY! I Guarantee you will have a great experience! By the way, I have nothing to gain from this, only to share an experience that everyone is looking for , especially now since COVID… It seems that quality and service has disappeared from existence. Take your family out and enjoy that quality time you...

Won't ever order from here again. We ordered a pizza knowing the delivery would be an hour. After an hour and 20 min it still wasn't here. Called the restaurant and was told by the girl who answered the phone it was ON ITS WAY! called back 30 minutes later because it still wasn't at our house..... that is 1.9 miles away. Talked to a manager who didn't give his name but was apparently Nick as I was told by someone else. He didn't even get back on the phone to tell me our order was still there at the restaurant but instead had the girl who was answering the phone tell me. Clearly I didn't want this puzza that had been sitting in a warmer for probably over an hour turning into cardboard. Had to get another manager on the phone to get us a refund! He told me his name was Jamal. Well if at 8pm on a Sunday night you have 2 managers on don't you think something like this wouldn't happen. Was told "sorry for the inconvenience". No sir.... I'm sorry you have lost customers that have been ordering and going there since moving to the area last year and will tell anyone and everyone not to go or order from there.

Update: the so called manager never did the refund as he told me he did. The young lady working the front answering the phones called her general manager to walk her through getting the refund done. She called me to confirm and even sent me a picture of the voided transaction. I wish I got her name but she by far went above and beyond to help rectify the situation...

First timer. The new building is pretty awesome! Just a big man cave with a nice bar. Our service was a little on the slow side, but our waitress was very busy and did the best she could.

The app was good. Standard fare pretzel bites w/beer cheese. Pretzels and cheese were both warm, so no complaints.

We ordered a pizza and a calzone. The pizza was on the dry side and did not look nearly as good as the pizza at the table across from our table. It is like a maybe sourdough crust? It definitely has a different flavor. Toppings were standard fare, but there was something I didn't care for in the crust. Our calzone came out wrong and was replaced very quickly. Did they make a new one? No. They mixed our calzone with a different table. A guy took our and theirs back to the kitchen and came back out almost immediately. The calzone was still opened where the original owner had checked inside the calzone lol. Not sure how I feel about that. The calzone had the same crust flavor. I'm just not a fan.

I'm pro local business and encourage everyone to try this place for yourself. Pizza is very subjective and while this place just doesn't do it for me, you may very...

Came for another family visit and if it is even possible our pizza and service was better this visit. My beer was super cold, our waitress was kind and helpful (thank you so much). I am excited to see what my next visit gives me. My heart and soul are with this business. I have been eating pizza from them for 30+ years. Three different locations that I can remember. This newest location is super neat. Retro vibes, sports memorabilia, and lots of automotive themes are present. When I moved back to Columbus after many years, Don and Sue's was at the top of my list to enjoy. Great pizza, excellent beer variety, and kind smiling faces. Thank you for keeping fond memories alive!

The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. The service was fair. The food was presented nice, however that's about the only good thing. The loaded tots were sub standard. The bacon looked and tasted like Hormel imitation bacon bits. There was plenty on the order and cheesey, but did not adhere to the tots. The barbeque chicken pizza was flavorable but the crust was over cooked and almost to hard to chew. The cauliflower crust blt was average taste but also had over cooked the crust and was very difficult to chew. If we do go back, it definitely won't be for the pizza but to try another item. The price was fair.. under $40 for an app, 2 small pizzas and 1 beverage.

My only regret is that I didn’t try this place sooner after having lived in Newark for over five years. Everything exceeded my expectations. Place was really cool inside. Loved the bar decor. Service was quick and friendly. Appetizers (cheesy garlic bread and onion rings were just as I like them), Hawaiian pizza had a ton of toppings and was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be putting this place in my regular rotation.
