When the Canton South location opened we ordered a Pizza that day. I lived in North Canton for many years and Gio's was our weekly "go to" for pizza and chicken. We order from the CS location about twice a month. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. I read through these Low ratings and I'm somewhat surprised by some of these comments. There have been a few occasions where my food wasn't ready when they said it would be BUT I ALSO REALIZE I'M NOT THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER. And the Crew he has working there are youngsters and there are things that just "happen" and if you were error free when you were a Teenager just starting out with your first job on top of going to school. First time placing an order they couldn't find our order upon pick up. We then had to order again. Another time called in an order and was told it would be 20 minutes. I got there to pick it up within 30 minutes. I was told it would be another five minutes and they would bring it out to my car. I waited 15 minutes and went in for them to tell me they handed my pizza out to someone else. Another time I placed an order and upon picking it up they made it wrong. I was told they would remake it and bring it out to me. It would be about 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and walked in to get it and it was just sitting there on the shelf. I just ordered form here for the first time due to only having four star review. I will say the whole experience was awesome. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and recommended a pizza for me. The food came from a very kind women who was as respectful as a server at a five star restaurant. The food was very hot and delish! I highly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza. It was sooooo good! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience from start to finish.
