For whatever reason, this Taco Bell has terrible tasting Mexican Pizzas 75% of the time. It’s the same weird taste to it and even has a smell. No other Taco Bell that I visit has Mexican pizzas that occasionally taste like this. I’m not sure if the Canton South restaurant isn’t cleaning the equipment right or something but it’s a very noticeable smell and taste. Only with Mexican Pizzas though, not my burrito or soft tacos.
Edit: 2/10/25 Mexican Pizza shells were improved once the complaints were heard. Unfortunately they installed a robot for the drive thru. Every encounter has been frustrating and not easy to work with.
Tonight I ordered 3 items, tried to order a 4th and the robot continued to ask me “would that be all?” Instead of allowing me to order more food. Once the computer repeated itself 3 times, the drive thru worker took over. They asked what the problem was and I told them the robot wouldn’t let me order anymore food. This worker proceeds to clear all 3 items I had already ordered and asks what I need. So I had to repeat everything back while they seemed distracted because I had to continue to repeat myself.

Read moreI walk in to pick up an order for grubhub nobody acknowledges me. I stood there for 15 minutes and i see they are busy so when i seen the one girl finally give everybody their food and looking around like well thats all the orders (still not asking me if i could be helped) i asked her if they had my order .I think what they are doing is deleting the order if they are busy thats why they didnt say anything to me .And when i told them the name its like they already knew they didnt have it because they know they deleted it. That way by the time we stand there forever and then i half to call grubhub they are ready to make it now !!! UNBELIEVABLE,!!!!If they would of said something right of the bat , then i could of got things done quicker but now im already 25 minutes into an order cutting into my money .The customer service and the laziness of these workers is unacceptable.Thats whats wrong with this world now , i waitressed for 30 years if you didnt acknowledge someone when they came in busy or not just let them know you see them or something ,you would of been fired!!! Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ordered from. Every time we order they forget multiples items and never give you sauce even when you specifically ask for it at the window. Today we had an online order I waited 20 minutes in line. Finally got to the window and they handed me a bag, several minutes later they ask me what I ordered. Then asked to have the bag back. They took the food they gave me and I waited again. Finally after all that I just pull out of there not checking my bag, because they obviously figured it out right? Drive 15 mins home and they didn’t give us sauce, 2 chalupas and fiesta potatoes and chips instead of connatwists. Then I try to call them and let them know and they just let the phone ring and ring. Unfortunately it’s the only Taco Bell close to us so we’ve experienced this multiple times. We’re a family of 6 so digging through the entire order in the parking lot is less than ideal. Not to mention the drive thru exit only goes immediately onto 800 so you have to rush out. Probably so you don’t have time to realize they screwed up you’re whole order for the millionth time.
