I ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza with two garlic pizzas online at 4:29pm. We got home and it was perfectly fine until we got to the last four slices of pizza and we found pepperoni hidden under the cheese only on those 4 slices. My husband is vegetarian and none of us eat pork so we were rather disappointed when we discovered the pepperoni as we've ordered from Giovannis a few times before and never had a problem. I contacted the store at 5:52pm to see if we can rectify the order when I was met with such horrid customer service that subpar would be a compliment. A boy answered and passed me on to a lady with an attitude most certainly not fit for customer service. In the background as they were discussing the issue I could hear their comments of "well what does she want us to do with it? She wasn't charged for it" as if they had made an improvement to my order. I then had to explain my issue several times as for some reason the lady I spoke to couldn't understand that some people don't want pepperoni on their pizza. I was told their policy is they have to have at least half of the pizza to be brought back into the store for them to rectify it. I live 20 mins from the store so they want us to drive 60 mins in total for us to get the correct pizza? After being informed of their policy and seeing how well the pepperoni was hidden I suspect someone in the kitchen was playing roulette as to whether or not their customers would find the incorrect quarter of their pizza before eating more than half. The phone call lasted 7mins and ended with no resolution as they insisted I needed to bring in at least half a pizza when I had explained to them many times that we only discovered this issue when we got to the last 4 slices.    Read moreIf I could put no stars I would! I called and placed my order I repeated it twice and they told me 30-40 mins. I showed up about 10 min sooner than the time they said so I figured no big deal I'd just pay and wait. About 30 min after getting there the employee kept asking my order and I kept telling him, well I ordered cheese bacon fries they put it in as garlic bread, I told them that wasn't what I ordered so he Apologized and said they was making the fries, after an hour of waiting in the actual store and 3 boxes later I thought they finally figured it out! No got home and there was just bacon fires! The assistant manager was rude and slammed 2 boxes at the counter on me so I just grabbed what food I had and left. I was not the only customer having problems alot of people was missing food or had the wrong food I watched 2 customers come in and have to wait on food. So when I called in today to speak to the manager she informed me that when they get busy her employees are to unhook the phone so no more orders come in and then told me there was nothing she could do for me over the issue the other night!    Read moreI drove past this place last night about 8:45 and thought I'd stop in and try a home town pizzeria. I checked on Google to see if they were closing and found they closed at 10 and thought cool, I can order something. I wasn't greeted, but there was a gal on the other side of what looked like a buffet. When I asked her where I could order she told me at the counter. I walked to the counter, stood there for literally 5 mins, no one came to take my order. There were 2 people behind the counter 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in another area. Neither of them ever even looked up. Three employees in this place and not one even looked at me. On my way out, I told the gal who was working on the other side of the buffet, I thought they were open until 10, but I guess they closed at 9 instead? She said no, they were open until 10, and went back to whatever she was doing. I'm sure she must have been doing an important job over there, since customers who wanted to buy something from them, and bring cash into their business was not important. I left.
