Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Ohio

I ate there today for the first time. I ordered the bowl with double chicken, rice, pico, Queso, moz cheese and hot sauce. Salsa (hot) and chips. It came to $18.34. Took one bite of salsa and chips. Salsa was fermented gross that was it. Then tried the bowl rice dry, chicken dry it also was terrible. Took it to counter told them they could have it back and explained also said keep your money it was a lesson learned I won’t be back!!! As I walked out the door I heard the lady cuss at me went back in and ask what she had said? Then she said what nothing I’m like don’t play me you was still talking about me when I came back in!!!! Really didn’t like the food but even more the service was...

This place is awesome. It's kinda like Chipotle but better! I got a burrito, the portion was very large, and tasted delicious. The woman with the purple streak in her hair prepared my food, she was really nice and knew what she was doing! I will definitely return here again.

Edit: came here again for a burrito but I wanted to switch up the meats. Asked for chorizo, and I was told no. They said it comes on the tacos, not the burritos. I said "oh, well if it costs extra that's fine, I'll pay for it." And the worker just flat out said no, he won't put it on a burrito....

FYI to those who prefer phoning in orders, they “aren’t allowed to take phone orders” according to the woman who answered the phone today around 4pm. So if you don’t want to use DoorDash or you don’t want to order online then your out of luck.
