Shane McMahon - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Washington Court House

My previous insurance company kept increasing my rates for no reason. They're also unresponsive when I try to contact them, and it's practically impossible to reach a live representative on the phone.

I contacted State Farm through Mr. McMahon's office. Their rates are really, really good. The coverage I'm going to receive in the future is much better than what my previous company was offering at a much lower rate. And Mr. McMahon's office couldn't have been more helpful. Ellie was so quick to respond to a request for a quote and got me insured immediately after I made the decision to switch. When I had a question today that I forgot to ask yesterday, I called the office. They picked up immediately and I didn't have to wait on hold. Jaime answered my question without hesitation with the information I needed, and she was friendly and courteous and made me feel valued as a customer.

It's nice to feel that I have an agency now that I can contact if I have questions or problems and that I won't be put on hold indefinitely, can actually reach someone to talk to, and that the agency will take the time to answer my questions openly and patiently and not act like they want to rush me off the phone. This has turned into the worst agency. Nobody can call you back and anytime I have a question or ask to speak to Shane himself the people always have an excuse as to why I cant talk to him or he is simply never in the office. I have even went in person and nothing and of course its we cant do anything for claims or answers in office. Anything you have or need you have to call State Farm directly. State Farm Is a great Ins Co. and Shane and his staff has always been there to answer any questions for me and my family. They have taken the time to explain all the different options and products like Banking, car loans and retirement investments. He met with me and reviewed all my policies to make sure that if anything were to happen my family and I would be safe.
