Last few times I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and I got charged for it and they did not put extra sauce on it. Talked to a manager they said tell them next time they will make sure they get it right. I ordered one more time they still did not get my order right. It also is pricey and there is no excuse you can't take 3 seconds and re read the toppings to make sure the order is right. Been eating their pizza from time to time over the years but now officially done. If you can't take the time to put out a correct order I can take the time to go somewhere else or just pass on the carbs altogether. Sometimes I only want a pizza for a treat but you guys have not gotten my order correct the last three times. I wish you the best but due to being in a hurry and not putting out the best product possible I will no longer buy from your pizza locations.
POST edit to get in contact with Italo's business: It is the location on Middlebranch. The staff has always been friendly from the phone to the counter, parking lot is clean and the woman my father talked with was apologetic and courteous. The food itself is great but I'm frustrated at the lack of attention to detail on having extra sauce added because it always gets overlooked.
A medium pizza with the toppings I prefer comes out to about $17 and some change, while the large clocks in at about $22, so it's not cheap for me for a single pizza the way I want it and since the last three times I did not get it how I ordered it I just got frustrated enough to let the world know that if you order at this location, the attention to minute detail is poor from my experiences. The sauce is some of the best and having extra sauce on it when I reheat it in the oven keeps it moist and from drying out and it's as good as it was when I had it fresh which is why I am okay with the additional 75 cents added on to my bill for asking for extra sauce but 3 swings and a miss on my orders I'm quite salty over the experiences. I'm not mad over losing the $2.25 I've paid out in extra sauce, it's the fact I could not enjoy my pizza the way I ordered it :(
You are more than welcome to contact me and ask any other details you like as Italos does make good food, but if the order is not accurate it's not right. If you want to talk about this I am more than happy to work with you. Thank you for taking the time to write me and inquire about my experience.
P.S. To anyone else who eats here your more than likely to have a fine meal as my order is unique. Granted 1-star may seem harsh but I've almost spent $60 for 2 large and one medium pizzas and I did not get them how I ordered them so that is why I left the ranking I did. I need Italos to see this and see to it that they fix this issue when people order who want extra sauce. Maybe use a different marker on the box when you write on the box or put a cheap plain sticker on it so when an employee makes it they see a sticker and go hey, this means extra sauce! Problem...
Read moreHave had a problem w/ Italos Middlebranch ONLY. Based off 4 Locations. 1} Sauce is mostly paste, not vibrant red like the others. 2} Crust is chewy, darker color - Doesn't crisp like the other examples. 3} Cheese just turns brown and doesn't stay lighter color and stretch(ya know like REAL CHEESE!. ALL these lead to cost cutting. What actually ticks me is though is when your a lil' older it's hard to digest these processed ingredients and now we have a problem of messing w/ my health. SUGGESTION: Cut Costs in other ways .Period ● I'll never return to Middlebranch and Italos is my favorite pizza locale. Italo started this w/ recipes that are to be sustained but to veer off for your own wallet is...
Read moreMy family has been loyal customers of this place for years. Since the owner past away, I have been very disappointed in the quality of the food and employees attitude. I made an order from, middle branch Avenue, Canton, Oh of a 12 pc.dark chicken with the Cole slaw to be replaced with extra jojo's as we always have. Upon picking up our order, they still had Cole slaw with our order. When I brought it to the girl's attention, she took the bag with the cole slaw and said, "I'm so sorry, I'll make it up to you on your next order. I'm sure you don't want to wait for the extra jojo's." I then said, "No, I'll wait." She seemed disappointed. How are you going to make it up to me on my next order if no...
