I don’t want this to be interpreted as a slam on any individual who works at this store. I understand it’s none of the employee’s faults. Last night, I put in an online order and prepaid for it. I tried to order the new lemonade slush and the app told me they were out of it and wouldn’t even let me place an order for it. That was preferable to what happened once I got to the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone in front of the store of informed me that “half of the store” had lost power and it would take “10 minutes” to get the computers back online. I didn’t feel like disputing the charges with my bank since I had already paid, so I waited. 10 minutes pass, I pull through the drive thru and am informed they were “out of everything”. They can’t give me the Crunchwrap I ordered. They can’t give me the steak quesadilla I ordered. They can give me chicken quesadillas to replace the Crunchwrap and the steak quesadilla but “there’s going to be a lot less meat”. They didn’t have straws. They didn’t have napkins. They didn’t have meat. They didn’t have power, for crying out loud. I don’t know who allowed them to open their doors that day. My advice is this. Don’t go to Taco Bell for a long while to give them some time to work out whatever is happening between them and their distributors. They will take your money and you will not get your food. At least don’t prepay like I did. I would have left had I not already paid. What I ended up with was 2 melted slushees, a soggy order of nacho fries with no meat and three cheese quesadillas with a sprinkle of chicken for $25. And good luck contacting Taco Bell...
Read moreThey are constantly screwing up any order I ask for fresco style. Why put the option on the menu if you can't make it right??? And then I called the store and they got my order confused with someone else's order who had the similar items. So since they had no clue what they were doing I called customer service. Well they got a huge attitude with me. You gotta understand I paid $14 for 4 custom burritos and only received 3. And they were made wrong. At Chipotle I can get a bowl with 4 sides of tortillas for $8.50. That's better ingredients for less money. And I know Cassie and Sarah weren't working when this happened because they are the best workers there and they wouldn't have got anything wrong. And if they did they would have fixed it no problems. But I talked to a Party on the phone and she had to pass me off to someone else because she couldn't handle wrapping her head around the problem. Done with Taco Bell. And Cassie and Sarah deserve a better company to work for...
Read moreTaco Bell is getting ridiculous! I went through the drive through for the chicken nuggets and was told they are gone. “But don’t worry, we have the chicken strips!” Ok. How much are they? “$4.39 for 2 strips.” I am imagining them to be some healthy sized strips. I also got nachos bell grande which are over $7 now. I got the cinnamon twists and a drink. When I got to the window my cost was over $14. When I got home I knew at least the food would be good. I pulled out the chicken strips and they looked more like nuggets I sat them beside my ROKU remote to compare the size. Thats how mad I was! I had to prove how small they were for over $2 each! The nachos bel grande was made with broken chips and had no taste. I will not go to Taco Bell again. The cinnamon twists were good but not full. Very few in the bag. Arghhhh. I could have had a meal at Culver’s...
