Italo's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

First, I must preface by saying I love all pizzas and I could eat pizza every day. Rarely does pizza go wasted in this house.

8-10 years ago I use to order from Italos on Harrison EVERY weekend.They had the best sauce and cheese and the pepperonis cupped into crisp little bowls. We ordered from this Italos on Saturday 04/12 and I was excited. I ordered a large, with pepperoni, banana peppers and extra sauce. I talked it up so much. When I got home and opened the pizza, I was in dismay. It looked like mall pizza. The pepperonis weren't crisp like they use to be, instead they were wet. The cheese slices looked hardly melted. I took a bite and immediately noticed the lack of sauce. Did they think I said light sauce? The dough didn't really seem cooked, but didn't seem raw either. It was so bland. The cheese tasted extra sharp, like a swiss or parmesan. I only ate a couple slices and the rest got tossed in the garbage.

Second time we have been been overcharged. First time was during the lunch special and was charged regular price. I had ordered several times before that day the same topping and all and the same woman was always there on Sundays when ordered. She gave me some song and dance but I just paid full price and didn't go back. After two years we went back and was overcharged once again. Thus time was not the lunch special. For a 1 and a half item pizza was $21. Shame on us. We are fine and see this place shutting down. I won't even mention the time we came home with our pizza and found all the cheese and toppings on one side where someone apparently dropped it or landed on its side and they just threw it back on the shelf. I did not go to Italo's and pick the pizza up I had it delivered they were here at least a half hour early. the pizza came and it was piping hot oh my God it was so delicious. furthermore you can tell that they used real vegetables and super duper stringy cheese. anybody who loves pizza or is a pizza connoisseur I'll just going to Italo's and Canton south or middle branch. furthermore I would like to say thank you so much to the driver he was awesome he was very professional and expedient. also thank you to the lady who took the order she was very professional and was very patient and answered every single question I had about all the specials anything I had to ask she answered it for me thank you so much italos...
