Service is good most days. Management, however, leaves something to be desired such as maybe some empathy, customer courtesy, and work ethic. If your order is wrong or messed up- they pretty much dont care but tell you to come back and theyll fix it. When you do go back you get to play 50 questions and then they act like YOU are responsible for the mess up. My favorite time was when the manager was "too busy" so she was yelling from her office. Unfortunately only ate half of mine. The corn was dried out and bland not to mention way to much of it. A few pieces of chicken again not impressed.
