Too Talls Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I don’t understand what people are complaining about. If you picked up your pizza only to discover that it was sloppy looking when you got home, then learn how to drive. What’s next, complaints that it comes out looking worse than it goes in? We are a pizza eating family ...3-4, sometimes even 5 times a week. Clays in Hebron used to have the best Stromboli until I tried Too Talls. The Stromboli there is without a doubt the one of, if not the best I’ve ever had. And you better have someone to share it with because after 2-3 pieces you will be done! Half of you people who complain about them not answering have obviously never had a customer service job or any job for that matter, when at times you were too busy to think. When I have been in there and witnessed them not answering, they were already telling people 60-90 min wait time and everybody was busy! Keep up the great work Too Talls, bad reviews are like....well you...

Just saw all of the reviews saying it's expensive and I find myself confused. Then I realized you guys must be talking about pizza. In my opinion the greatest thing about this place (aside from being a really wonderful local business) is their hot 12 inch subs!!! I think the price may have risen a quarter but last I checked a 12 inch hot sub was $4.50 Which beats the hell out of Subway by the way. Our favorites are the Pizza Sub and the Italian Sub. They are huge, lots of meat, insane amounts of hot ooey gooey cheese. You really cannot order a sub from here and not be thrilled. So if Too Talls is anywhere near you scrounge up $4.50 grab one and then when you realize I'm right c'mon back here and show some support for a really fantastic local business!

Edit: So they did up their prices on the subs I think they are 6.50$ but that is STILL less than a Subway Premium sub and they are still amazing. Still a great...

On Monday night we tried their Stromboli for the first time and had a horrible experience. The food was very under cooked and rushed. On Tuesday I called and spoke with the owner, and she was very courteous and willing to remake the order. I'm glad she did because the second time was 150% better. The food tastes great, it is cooked properly, and the owner herself assured me that I would love this one over the other one. She was right. They definitely made up for their previous mistake.
