From the get go pulling into this McDonald’s was a disaster. I get in line, which was backed up clear to the front of the store, which if you go to McDonald’s is Normal around lunch hour, no problem here. Then two cars decide to take it upon themselves to ditch 7-8 cars and get into the second lane. Which I think there needs to be a medium put in to keep them from doing that, it’s not fair to the customers who have been waiting a lot longer then they have. Once I get up to the order window, a lady on the speaker who I found out later is named shyanne, was the most rudest employee I have ever encountered and the fact that you would hire people like this makes me wonder what kind of company this franchise is! The conversation started by me telling her that you need to do something about the second lane so people don't ditch everyone. She then proceeded to get an attitude with me and said it had something to do with their card machine, and I’m like confused at this point & said what does that have to do with anything I just said. Then she got loud with me and said “I don’t know”. & asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal for a girl, with apple slices & apple juice, no sauce. She then says what to drink, and I said I just told you! She then rings me up on the menu for a cheeseburger happy meal. I then told you it’s a chicken nugget kids meal and I want to speak with your manager when I get up their. She completely ignores me and switches over to the other lane to take someone else order. I get up to the window & she reaches her hand out to take my card, I asked where her manager was & then she has the nerve to ask me with an attitude “are you even going to pay for that?” I told her what the hell do you mean am I going to pay for that, get your damn manager. That to me was so offensive! She comes back to the window and says she will be here in a minute and slammed the window. The manager gets up to the window and is really nice and asks me what’s wrong I explain everything and the manager apologizes and asks me if I had two cheese burgers, and I started to laugh at this point because it was crazy. I said no I told her I wanted a 4 piece happy meal twice! They then found my order, and I paid like I was already going too. I’m not in any place to take handouts. I’m doing just fine for myself and my family, so I don’t need to make a scene to get a free meal. That was offensive as hell to me! The manager apologized again and I asked what their names we’re. I then went up to the next window & the manager made sure they got me the right meal and apologized again. The manager is not the problem here! Read moreThe most absolutely disgusting mess, tried in a while.... I keep telling my girl, NOT to go here an waste $, but it's close an convenient, but after today NEVER AGAIN! They raise the prices, an the food continues to downgrade... The service here, is as if they don't care if you come back or not.. simple order also the same nasty stuff each time, 2 mcmuffins one with egg, one without, an 2 hash browns, & they gave a burnt gross tasting sausage patty, on two bottom muffins- that had to be there 😳 since they started doing breakfast, with a partially still uncooked egg (which happens more often than it should) we have called before an got the order fixed but it's more common, than not.. just to be able to get a decently prepared meal, for the absurd amount they're charging these days after the 2/3$ turned into this bogo1$ smh... Anyways, is it really too much to ask, to take more pride, in what you serve.? My motto, in fast food, because, I myself have worked it! Is that if I wouldn't eat it, I'm not going to serve it to anyone else. This is unrealistic standards though 😒 please do better..! Update: order was placed about 730 & I went an got a remake an the young lady, had no issues with it, the new food was atleast edible an tasted like it had been made today.
