McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

Stopped on a Friday June (27th) at 9:30 pm, was waited on quickly. Was eating in to enjoy a few minutes with family. When paying csr announced, just letting you know the lobby closes at 10. (Just checked website it says 11) It was colder than any refrigerator I've ever used. The restaurant looks like a bus station, gray, industrial, chairs metal. No wonder people don't go in anymore. Some of our food was missing (surprise!) And most of it cold. Every few minutes I'd hear that same csr shouting 20 minutes till we lockup, 14 minutes till we lock the door, 8 minutes till doors lock, finally at 3 minutes till we lock up, we left. We were not finished and had to take our food with us. This was absolutely the worst eat in experience ever. I will not go back eat in or drive through, this restaurant cannot get an order right and by pulling every car they don't provide condiments, napkins etc. Not worth the wait!! ...

first of all, I made a suggestion to correct their hours. Online it says they’re open till midnight. I’m not from around here, and a lot of people told me don’t trust the times. So I called at 10:37 PM and verified if they were going to be open, they told me at that time they were closing at 11 o’clock. This is a Saturday night, so this is not what their post at our site. So I asked, is the ice cream machine working? To which they stated yes, of course it is. We arrived at the restaurant in less than 10 minutes, and when we went to order, they informed us that the ice cream machine has already been broken down. They’re not even close yet. I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal to keep the ice cream machine working until you’re closed. What was the point in two drive-thrus if they're still going to pull people? I don't like the idea that I can't pay for my food pick it up and go. I have to be pulled over to the side and wait 5 or 10 minutes no matter what my order is . whether it's two t's or three meals it doesn't matter you get pulled. Because of the confusion of all the pulled cars many of times I have gotten other people's orders. Then I would have to get out of my car and go in and tell them that I have gotten the wrong order. If I wanted to pull over and go in I would have. Pulling the cars over to the side is a huge problem this needs to be stopped. after the renovations of two lanes being put in I expected that this was no longer going to happen however it continues to go on . therefore if I go to McDonald's I definitely don't go to this one unless I feel...
