McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

This is the BEST Mcdonalds on our planet! The service is GREAT! The people working there are all helpful & courteous from management down! The food value is good & the quality of the food is good! I personally like my nuggets & fries extremely HOT. So I always special request them to be made FRESH & I specify the reason is that want them to be very hot! They always not only comply with my wishes but they serve me with a kind smile. The cleanliness in their place is evident any where you look! Be it the kitchen, bathrooms or the Finnish h area. For a fast food place Mcdonalds doesn’t look like a fast food place! It is always immaculate, the temperature is perfect, they even have entertainment for the kids by having coloring activities at each table complete with a new set of crayons for the kids’ personal use. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal. Seemed like almost everyone going though the drive-thru had to "pull over and wait". Then I watched as bags (and happy meals) were delivered to others that ordered after me were brought out. But... my grandson and I were still waiting for his ONE HAPPY MEAL! VERY DISAPPOINTING and upsetting. This particular McDonald's has never had the best service. There always seems to be a problem when I come here (usually the order is messed up in some way). But this was final straw --- waiting 20 minutes for a single happy meal is absolutely unacceptable!!! My advice --- drive a little further and go to another...

We drive a extra 5 miles out of our way to get McDonalds at Western Reserve restaurant. We have had the worst service at the South ave. We are elderly seniors and have gone there for breakfast after church on Sunday and walked out because no one came to us to take our order. Pre Covid About a month ago because we were shopping at a store near this McDonalds. We asked the woman at the drive thru a question and she snapped back that she only had 2 hands. I wish we hadn’t already paid for our food because we would have left promptly!! Our daughter and her family of 5 live in Hermitage Pa. They have stopped going to their McDonalds....
