McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

I just spent 40 minutes in the drive-through at this location. I am traveling and stopped off at this location for breakfast for myself and my children. I cannot believe the service I just got. I ordered a couple of biscuit sandwiches, a platter and a Mcgriddle. After being told that they had to cook my food and that I needed to pull up, I waited for an extremely long time so eventually I backed up into the drive-through and was told that they were having to cook fresh eggs, and that they had not forgot about us. Which I was completely fine with. After another extremely long time, a woman comes with nothing and tells us that they ran out of biscuits. I said OK can I just get a refund she offered lunch or Mc griddles for everyone. I told her I have a son with sensory issues(and is very picky) and the McGriddle would not work, nor would getting him lunch. She leaves and comes back with five dollars and several bags of food. She hands me one bag and in it is some of our food. Surprisingly 2 biscuits. My sandwich was incorrect and so was my sons. She told me the only thing they did not have was food for the platter. They wanted me to take a refund for the platter and just take what they decided to give me. Which wouldn’t work for me because my other child then would be going without food. I said I want a whole refund. My food is incorrect. I’ve been here for 40 minutes. I’ve been lied to. They acted like I was a problem because I wouldn’t take something different(McGriddles). They forgot about us and when I backed back into the drive-through and said hey, I’m still here they thought they could just throw my food together and send me on my way only to realize they had no biscuits. I would never recommend anyone coming to this location. And now I’m leaving with three hungry kids trying to find somewhere else...

Why does it take so long every single time we try to visit? Please add another pick up spot or 2 After the 18 minute wait 3 weeks ago I gave them another chance and I waited 16 minutes before I went in ... They didn't even have my order on the screen but my bag was sitting there with half my food in it I will no longer be given the establishment any money I know my dollars don't really count to a mult i-billion dollar business like McDonald's but the private owner that is local to us needs to get this store in gear Slow!18 mins for a freaking coffee!? Probably wouldn't been more if i didn't go in to complain 😡 Will not be coming back They need to bring back more pickup spots! They took 4 away and now there's only 2 ands many times there's no spots open for mobile pickup Nothing's changed lol

Waited 15 mins for a mobile order that the system screwed up. The nice guy with the beard was apologizing and made sure fries were fresh. However we didn't get drinks and when we call they don't answer. Then the 4th attempt they did answer and after 12 seconds they hung up on us. This has to stop. I have never gone anywhere that messes up so much. I go weeks without visiting to see if things change and they never do. Def need...

Pulled in while driving down the highway. Sign said sausage burrito was a dollar. Ordered a sausage burrito and a yogurt and fruit parfait. Fruit parfait is also a dollar. Total came to $2.39. Asked the cashier why it was so much. She said burritos are $1.39. I told her they weren't and took a photo of the display to show her. While I was still in the Drive-Thru line someone came outside, looked at the sign and verified that it was a dollar, went back inside and had the sign changed to $1.39, and when I got to the window they still would not let me only pay a dollar. I realize to some this may be petty. In my current situation, and with the current climate towards corporate excess, I would say the same of a billion-dollar Corporation.
