McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

What is going on with McDonalds lately? They are fast becoming one of the worst fast food restaurants around. This one becoming one of the worst. RUDE, SLOW, and OUTRIGHT IGNORING CUSTOMERS . I went through the drive thru last night and they were not answering the menu board at all. The car in front of me just drove forward after about 5 minutes of nothing. I waited a few and drove foreword after nothing. I sat behind the car at the window about 5-10 minutes and finally they have the car their order and they left. I pulled foreword and sat there for about 5 minutes while the drive thru girl just kept glancing at me. I yelled in asking if they were ignoring drive thru. She got smart back “No we’re not ignoring drive thru, it must be broke”. But she was clearly not going to do anything about it being brok. About 5 more minutes went by and she finally asked what I wanted. About 5 more minutes go by and she is asking inside if anyone is making my sandwiches. About 5 or 10 minutes later, I get my food and leave. This restaurant used to be good but has gone WAY downhill in the last year. Don’t ask them anything, they will jump all over you, and then you know what happens to your food....

I don't go inside McDonald's to order my food, usually I go through the drive thru because I'm in a wheelchair. But I really had to use the restroom today. I didn't know you had to place your own order. One of the girls that works there was nice enough to help me and show me how to use the ordering machine. The young lady was very, very nice. She even came to tell I had the wrong size cup for my ice tea. Then she even opened the door when she knew I was leaving. Out of all the McDonald's I've gone to this one I would give a 10. And I never have given McDonald's more than a 3. This is when I went to McDonald's on August 13. I ordered a ranch salad with breaded chicken. When I decided to eat my salad later that night, I noticed that there was something shining and slimy on my salad, so I took out all the meat and cheese out and the tomatoes and wash the salad. To my surprise the water in the bowl was brown. It took 3 rinses to get the water clear. Needless to say I didn't eat my salad. Now as shocked as I was I'm going to buy another salad and wash it. I'll have to go back to the same McDonald's and see if it happens again, I'll...

Per usually went through the drive thru to get my morning ice coffee. The line was long with a long wait, only one window was open, understandable as maybe they are short staffed. When I pulled up and attempted to give my coupon code, I was scolded by what seemed to be a manger (older lady, light hair) she said "look this is why you give the code when you order" I'm not saying that she was wrong, I should have payed more attention to the signs and gave the code earlier. Her approach was horrible, I'm not a child. My coffee was made wrong the first time, they didn't remake it they just added to it. When she handed me the coffee, I asked for ice in my ICE coffee, as I'm assuming it melted while waiting. She was clearly annoyed and overwhelmed. She added little ice to my cup with a broken lid, which she notice and still didn't replace and handed me my soggy straw. I always pay with my ApplePay, which seemed to be an inconvenience to her when I payed. I understand the world is short staffed, but the kindness works both ways.
