Attention corporate..my prayer is to help get on going education with good input from people like me to get better output to the ones who are trying to make a difference!!! not hurt. I am very grateful to be able to come into a newly renovated, clean, state of the art location. Work stations. Outlets. USB ports throughout the seating area. I had the privilege of meeting Janey, she was very pleasant and helpful. We had a miscommunication on my order, All meats on a well done Egg mcmuffin.Janey came to me once I brought it to her attention. She was only one person on the front at the time and I was very impressed she came out to apologize for hearing my order but entered it wrong. We are ALL here to help people. PEOPLE are not easy to please. I tip my hat to the service of Janey. June or Judy(manager I presume, she has a lot on her mind) took a local man's order(Bentley, who I sat and chatted with). 1 sausage mcmuffin.1 sweet tea.$3.88 Should have been rang up off the dollar menu. We brought it to her attention after the fact(we are the only 2 dining in) when Bentley wanted a coffee to go, let me remind you he is a local retired 63 year old, we shared with June of the mistake. She said sorry it rang up that way. I was very surprised she did not make it right and give him the senior coffee for free!! But she charged him $1. Come on June! June seems likeable and for some reason 🤔didn't give the customer the best service. God bless and thank you for all you do keeping America Rolling. Thanks for the...
Read moreEvery time I’ve been to this McDonald’s I’ve always had to wait 10 minutes also the workers got my order wrong after they made me wait. I saw the workers on their phone not doing their job which if you’ve worked in any job phones are not allowed out while you’re on the clock which every worker was clocked in. Having phones out, hair down for girls, no hair nets or hats, not washing hands and not wearing gloves are health code violations for every food business. I’ve also gotten the excuse by a manager that the 16-18 year olds do want to go outside in the dark. Wooster is not like Cleveland where they have a chance of getting kidnapped or killed or anything among the lines of being in danger. The workers are lazy, have really bad attitudes and they break health code violations which the manager should write them up for it. Working in any fast food or retail place isn’t hard what so ever. While I was in highschool I had 2 jobs both in food, one was in a food truck and the other was at subway both completely different food businesses while doing my homework and being home by 11 and go to school everyday so their excuses are unacceptable for each and every one of them. I had to help take care of my older siblings growing up while my mom was a single parent at the age of 10 so nothing is hard to these workers that have single parents working full time cause my mom worked full time and got...
Read moreWell we pulled up to the drive-thru to order and no one greeted us. We gave it a minute and then said "hello" no one answered and we probably waited another 3 minutes before someone finally came over the speaker to take our order. The girl couldn't find the button for what we wanted to order, apologized and told us she was new. That's fine and we understand people have to start jobs, but where was the person training her, she really seemed to struggle and didn't seem to have guidance from anyone until we finally heard someone yell to her what button to push. Then we get up to the window and they didn't really want to hear our friendly suggestion that if they would have at least come across the speaker and asked us to please wait a minute. The girls response was that she isn't the one taking the orders. Then at the last pick up window the girl handed us our food but didn't greet us or thank us. Nothing! I think customer service training would be very useful for this location! Our order was correct, I will say that was...
