They actually make you stand outside the building to order, for unknown reasons. (Covid-19 is over as I am writing this, and all health mandates from the state have expired, so I'm not sure why they are making customers stand outside). This is very inconvenient especially when the weather is inclement. It's also highly impersonal, as you can't see who is talking to you over the squawk box, through the papered-over window. You have to then wait outside in whatever type of weather happens to be at that time. Ordering by phone isn't an option for new customers, as the restaurant hasn't even bothered to put their menu on their Google Maps listing (which takes about 5 minutes to accomplish). Also, the food that we ordered wasn't very good. I ordered Gen Tso's and the chicken was exceptionally hard to chew. I don't know if that's because it was poor quality meat, or if it was cooked until it was completely dried out. But it was very unenjoyable. The wonton soup was good. I can't say I'll ever try this...
Read moreWe have ordered from them for a long time, but tonight they happened to be too busy to take the time to make things right. First off it was a 35 minute wait for the food. When we got it the chicken and rice were extremely dry, as if it was a day old. I never thought rice and chicken from a chinese place could ever be dry.....when we called to tell them about it the little boy who picked up the phone was rude right off the bat, and then when we explained the issue he said "if youre that unhappy with it, bring it back and we will refund you" meanwhile we had just waited 35 mins for this food and my kids were starving so they of course cant tell if chicken is dry. So we obviously couldnt do that. Plus it was 6:30 at night by this time, and they were extremely...
Read moreI don't know what people call good food, but this is not it. I just ordered and received cold soup with a very small stale bag of crispy noodles, the egg rolls were anemic (lucky if you get a teaspoon of filling with just a few specks of ground pork) in the roll, I also ordered a small shrimp fried rice and asked for them to add an egg which a lot of Chinese restaurants already put in their fried rice, but you have to pay extra here for a lousy egg. Apparently they won't alter a small order by adding an egg, but will a large order so they get more money out of you that way. It costs a dollar for each egg that you want added so if I am willing to pay for it, then what is the big deal as to whether they add it to a small order or a large one? I will not...
