Spats Cafe — Restaurant in Ohio

I'm from out of town and saw they serve chicken tenders (( autistic mind you with a preference towards finger food. )) so I came in and I'd say overall it's a small hole in the wall bar that offered acceptable food for the price. The coke was flat at first but they went in the back to correct it and the 2nd cup was drinkable, tenders were the star if I was a local I'd eat it over other national options like arbys. The fries were not acceptable. They tasted like pen station which I am not a fan of. The waiters were nice and quick to assist overall I spent about 30 mins inside. If your looking for a quiet place I'd explore elsewhere or come near the evening towards 9pm (( they close the kitchen down then. )) I did give a 4 star due to the waitress did take off the fries as I would not eat anymore then I needed to as they were not desired. For what I got would I come back in... sure for the tenders however if I was a local and knew of better spots with overall better fries (( need a whole meal to get a 5 from me. )) I'd attempt other spots. Had a bartender tell me not to vape in the bar (and before you start yelling about vaping in public) I’m exhaling zero smoke and she never even saw me doing it she saw it in my hand I think. I was in the plaza picking up my fiance from work and wanted to order food, its about 10:30. Spats "Cafe" was the only open food place in the plaza so I Google it. Says open til 12 and the menu pops up, I called to place an order and the tone of the lady who answered the phone wasn't very friendly, more of a your bothering me what do you want attitude.
