Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

This Location has been going downhill in customer service recently ever since the remodel. They are turning customers away left and right during lunch times, the last 3 times( 3 separate weeks) I was there I have been turned away by their manager. ..Explaining that they are completely out of bread, unless you order online? And then for example today I went in around 1:10 PM and was turned away because they were busy working on a truck and had no time for customers ....I explained to the manager that I was going to tell the owner that she is turning away customers left and right and she explained to me that that it is not me, but that they are understaffed .again the door was unlocked, but a note was taped to the door saying that they were closed and doing truck. I would love for the owner of this establishment to reach out to me customer service has been very bad lately. When I asked the manager what her name is so I could explain the situation to the owner she explains to me that she does not have to tell me her name.. so I said that's fine I'm sure he knows who the manager is that is working right now on November 1st at 1:10 PM thank...

The servers weren't the greatest couldn't really understand them. Ordered my food on the app for pick up went in got my food came home sat down I got mine the ultimate bmt ate it I've had better..... my aunt got hers a chicken bacon ranch and the meat didn't taste right I called to the store and I tried to tell the guy the meat didn't taste right and he said "meat is good" and kept repeating himself so I hung up waited a few minutes called back and told them it needed replaced it didn't taste right so he told me bring sub back to store and he'll remake it... I took it back he looked at sub smelled it then said to me " no one else complain about my meat only you. Your crazy it's good." Then threw it away and went and remade sub. I left the store and will never return to that store I'll stick to the one by...

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Honestly the worse experience I've ever had at any subway. Like how could you tell me that you don't accept coupons on the numbered meals when the coupon clearly states you can get anything "excluding wraps, The monster, The MexiCali, Turkey Cali Sub, the Beast and the garlic roast beef. 🤔 then you try to get me to pay full price at the end so you can profit off not honoring the coupon. Like if you don't take the coupons just post a sign stating so. Don't lie and say it has to be a build your own? When clearly the coupons and no where on the coupon paper states that. 😒 will never be back and I advise all to stay clear of...
