I walked into the store to do shopping and was rudely confronted by Thomas who claimed to be a manager he falsely accused me of removing an oil drain plug from a piece of equipment outside the store. I had no idea what he was talking about being I had never even looked at or touched that piece of equipment. Hey insisted I did it because 10 minutes before I walked in it wasn't leaking oil but now it was after I walked into the store. I asked Thomas to look at the outside cameras so he would see I didn't do it and I wasn't even looking at it and he said he is pulling the footage up on his cell phone but afterwards he refused to acknowledge he was wrong or to apologize to me and the other people who heard him loudly confront me. Corporate needs to look into the management at this store or they will be looking at lawsuits. All this happened in front of other customers in the store and I didn't appreciate the public...

Placed an online pick up order like I usually do for my dogs food (which I’ve never had a problem with) to specifically to make sure it was in stock. Got notified it was ready for pick up, drove 15 minutes, get there and they hand me the wrong bag of dog food and said the one I ordered they did not have in stock that they failed to contact me about or cancel the order. Instead the employee thought it was fully acceptable to just mark the order as ready for pick up and give me a different item without mention that I did not order and can’t use thinking I’d be okay with it and take it instead. multiple times i have went to tractor supply to buy propane and they dont like filling it it is obvious especially with the real tall dark haired guy wearing the tractor supply fire shirt, he is lazy, today went there to fill up and it was barely sprinkling and they refused to fill it said due to lightning chance but there is none and has been none its a light mist rain, i will not return there will go to ace in ashtabula harbor they fill them all the time, yesterday was in there and heard same guy tell the cashier we dont have anyone to fill tanks so dont sell anymore, i think he is manager or something, but he is sure lazy, he did go out yesterday and fill that customers but told cashier no more, i guess he was busy with...
