I haven't stepped foot into the store but I did order from them online and this review reflects my experience with the owner, Chris. I can't say enough good things about Chris's customer service. Me and 4 other friends preordered a Digimon Double Diamond booster case from here for a fair price. The order was delayed for a month and a half but every time I emailed Chris about the status of it he was always quick to respond (usually within a few hours) and never gave me any doubt that I made the wrong choice of buying from him. There was a shipping issue on UPS end and after I emailed Chris again about it, it was fixed that day and I received my product the following day. Promo cards were suppose to be sent with the case and Chris followed up with me stating that there was an issue with the distributor and only half the promos were sent. He reassured me that we would get all our promos and he delivered. I highly recommend ordering from this shop because they go the extra mile and make sure you are aware of the status of when and where your product is. I took my daughter here today, she’s almost 8 and this was her very first competitive scene. 5 hours of playing cards and not once did anyone discourage her!

Hats off to everyone at In The Zone Gaming, in Ashtabula! From the players, the judge, the owner…everyone was spectacular. I appreciate every ounce of understanding and patience they all had with Milana. She was more squirrelly than I’m used to when she’s playing, but there were far more people than she’s used to. Over all she never quit even with a losing streak and stuck it out all 5 rounds ❤️.We will be there for many more events to support this store, you all should too if you haven’t been. They are Scalpers including the owner. Do not sell them your cards. During transactions they will try and rip you off when you sell them your cards. They will tell you one thing then turn it around and have it be another way. Do not give him your cards to look at in a stack when selling. make sure to hand them to him one at a time so they look up the prices individually or he will force you to sell them in bulk instead of looking them up for you.They are very unfriendly and do not ever say hello when I enter the store.
