Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

Okay I ain't one to complain, but i am very disappointed in washington court house's over all service this past week, take today for instance get to Wendy's at 7:20AM waited 10mins for the car in frontt of me to even be Acknowledged then they took her order, expecting her to even know what they have for breakfast while the sign hadn't even been turned and they still had the lunch and dinner menu up, I get to the speaker and I am informed "sorry I can't take any orders right now due to our computers are down and they are goin through them but I can take ur order in a little bit if u can give me time to have them fixed. I did smart off well if I wait then I am goin to be late to work huh and I left. Now all this after my visit Monday evening the 30th of december and it took forever to even get my order taken, when I got to the window they were what seemed to be to busy talking and whatever else to care to take care of there customers, then there was Saturday the 28th at 7:15AM my niece and I was coming in to have a meal together and the door was locked still and I had to call the actual store twice to get them to even unlock and open the door, not including the signs where yet to be turned this day as well and the counter and most of the tables where filthy, Now like I said this all in just one week. I mean there has been other days that I had been in and there been issues, like the playing around and not getting orders out right, believe me I have had my order messed up of several occasions, hints the reason for a while I quit coming into Wendy's because don't get me wrong I don't expect perfect service but I expect atleast decent service and when I can't get that I don't go to that restaurant, store or whatever facility. Sorry but to much playing, talking, phone time and not enough customer service and correct food is not a good place to start a business. Sorry not sorry. Went to drive thru first thing I asked for was the sweet deal a drink and the cinnamon roll no not this time of day only during breakfast. Then I asked for a biggie bag which on menu board said 5 dollars what’s the drink strawberry Fanta sauce sweet and sour $6 get to window the board says $5 he said take it up with general manager he hasn’t updated the board it’s been $6 for a year. Pay him and go through bag there are spicy nuggets in the bag. We never stated we wanted spicy nuggets gave the bag he pushed the bag back in the window and started to argue he’s not taking them back because we touched the bag we pull off from window come in door he yells and comes running full force for us to get out of his store we tell him again no one asked for spicy nuggets for a 1 year old Child He grabs a box starts throwing nuggets in the hard and yelling while stuttering get out My store asked his name proudly said Michael I have been told that Ohio certain cities don’t welcome Black Americans now I know rot io ever go again by the way most Kids see McDonalds sign and want a happy meal Mines sees the wendys and wants nuggets and I would hope You will address this this could have ended with a fist fight or worse none of the workers came to help they all let this person working the drive thru at 730 carry on and never asked him to stop even had customers dining inside and he wouldn’t give the receipt to see if the...

I go there for A friend who doesn't drive and EVERY time I go they forget something last time it was the French fries, I had to go back in and get them the time before that they forget a junior hamburger I called the manager Becky said she would replace it she was SUPER nice and courteous so the next time I went in I told the cashier Katie I was owed a junior hamburger and told her I talked to Becky she said she would have to get Becky and Becky was there so I ordered 20 some dollars worth of food inside to go waited on my order and waited on Katie to get Becky which Katie looked at me at least 4 times like lady I'm not getting Becky ,which she made NO ATTEMPT to get Becky and Katie watched me get my order and go get my drinks to leave as I was leaving I turned around and we looked at each other she still said nothing and knew I was leaving and I shook my head ...A stupid dollar something sandwich like I'm trying to get a dollar sandwich after spending 20 some dollars...I should call and tell them to give Katie that junior hamburger and I'm sorry she hates her job evidently but she's very young and maybe had to get a job poor kids got a lot of years ahead of her maybe it made her day ...im hoping...have a junior...
