Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ohio

This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve had in any fast food restaurant. I’ve been to Tim Horton’s in Canada and in various parts of the USA and always have a family-friendly, clean welcoming experience. It’s always personal and great.

Today, I convinced my boyfriend to drive 15 minutes out of our way driving from Chicago to Fayetteville, NC to try it and I’m so embarrassed. I’ll never take him to a Tim Horton’s again.

First, we order a pretzel turkey bacon grilled bagel, a bacon snack wrap, a donut, a coffee, and a water. It took 15 minutes to get our food - why? Well first the manager rigged the cash register drawer to fall out when servicing the customer behind us. So we had to wait for the employees to pick up ALL the cash and coins that fell out.

I went outside to walk our dog and witnessed TWO different employees throw their cigarette butts on the ground - not in the disposal by the door just on the ground. The entire property was littered with trash and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting to walk my dog around.

My boyfriend come out with the sandwiches and they were also disgusting. Mine wasn’t hot at all, untoasted, cold cheese and bacon and mayo all over the bottom half. It was falling apart. My boyfriends was smooshed so flat you couldn’t even tell what was in it.

We never got a receipt or water. When I went back in the manager looked it all and just gave me the cash back. Oh! While she took a call on her personal cell phone and told me to hold on a second.

Horrible and embarrassing for Tim Horton’s.

At least my boyfriend liked the donut. Doubt we’ll be back to one in the states...

So I placed an online order with Tim Hortons in Washington Court House, for a muffin, doughnut, hashbrown, and timbits. I pick it up from the drive-thru lane and then moved to the front of the building so that I can check my order. Hash brown was on top and then the chocolate dip donut was laying upside down on the chocolate chip muffin. So, I picked up the doughnut and the icing was half gone, and while I’m sitting there, the lady that waited on me came out the front door and lit up her cigarette. And then another car pulled into the parking lot, so she had to put it out and run back in to take care of them. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or there was no manager there, but it’s a terrible representation of Tim Hortons. I would’ve gone back in to replace the doughnut, but I had to get it to my granddaughter so I could get her off to school. Not likely, I...

The manager is a horrible rude person. The food there’s is never cooked correctly and sits in a warmer for hours if you don’t come super early in the morning , the “coffee is cold” because they are not aloud to keep them on the burner . The supervisor along with the general manager are both rude and don’t know how to treat people. They never fixed anything that was broken just blamed everyone around them and in my opinion I wouldn’t eat there nor would I even visit the store . The general manger is a shorter lady you will see her she runs around the building like it’s gonna fall apart . Honestly just good luck with the whole tim Hortons in Washington court house you will also hear the supervisor say that she don’t need any of her worker cause they aren’t nothing and can’t do nothing right and she can do it...
