Saturday 4/5/25.We were left to sit in the outer drive thru while cars kept going through the inner one. We waited with the window down in the rain expecting to order and finally realized that drive thru didn't work. Pulled back around into the inner drive thru, and told them over the speaker that the other lane's speaker didn't work. The girl who took our order said "yeh... We know". So my husband told her we sat there with many cars going through the other lane with rain blowing in the window and they should put an 'out of order' sign on that drive through or a cone to block the entrance, or something so people didn't sit there like that. She didn't answer him. When we pulled around for the food he asked her again, "why they don't mark that lane 'out of order'" and she didn't really answer him, but did get the 'manager' when he asked to speak with her. He told the manager again about the problem and asked why, since they know the speaker is broken, do they let people sit in a non-operational lane and don't mark it with a sign or cone etc? And that it is extremely inconsiderate to their customers - especially waiting with windows down in the rain. So the manager agreed and immediately blamed the district manager who comes around and "won't allow them to put up a sign or cone or anything" to block off the non-operational drive thru even though they know about the speaker being dead and "they just don't care". My husband started to say something else, and that we would write a review about this issue, then this manager looked right at him, shut the window while he was talking and walked away. He spoke respectfully trying to honestly help them with their problem and convey how uncomfortable it was to sit there in the rain wiping off the inside of the door waiting, when no one was going to take the order, through a speaker which they KNEW didn't work... So apparently no one at this Sonic cares about customer's experiences, who choose their restaurant to eat. NOW about the food... Greasiest hamburger ever ordered anywhere in our lives... . Had to put the paper food bag under it to keep the grease from running on clothing. Hotdog tasted ok but was warm at best, not hot. A cup full of ice with very little soda. Tater tots were good. Every Sonic we've ever eaten at over many years has been exceptional such as Jackson Ohio, Barboursville WV, and while traveling. This sonic in Washington Court House really needs some intervention, equipment repair, and training to get up to par with the Sonic brand which has always been a really good meal. We do not plan on eating there again and will not recommend to others, especially with a really good Wendy's right...

The first time it was atleast filled plentiful, but were all soggy seemed old, an weren't dipable. Second order was halfway filled, an same consistency as the first. This final time I had MyLady pick them up at a different time of the day ordered for pick up at 3:39 ab she waited almost 45mins after letting them know a second time due only ordered just a few items, 2 off the 1.99 menu an 1 small order of pickles. She said after seeing them fill someone else's order, that had recently arrived, she asked then where her order was. They came out apologizing, an stated it was shift change time, an gave her the order. I'm mind blown at the time they wasted, an then the way the order we received, is just ridiculous. I really hope, there will be some changes made. After seeing the reviews of other's, when I came to speak my experience. I wish, I had looked before wasting š our time & money. Thanks! I called in an let the new shift know, an they're willing to replace the order no problem. But, next time the order will be checked & fixed before leaving š. So, I don't have to waster more of my time! LOL I've spent another 30mins of my time waiting inbthe cold rain for then to service 14 other cars an me hitting the button for the second time just to get an order of pickles. I just seen on here they say to contact corporate, so that will just be my next step. An they say the other places, in this town are bad. I have never had a worse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not waste my time or money at this place. We went to order food and pressed the button and waited for service. We waited and waited and waited and nobody ever came. We looked inside and seen someone who said she was the manager leaning against the table laughing and talking to a worker who was sitting in a corner doing nothing. It looked like one person cooking and another at the window. We knocked and was told they couldn't serve us because they only had 3 people working. I asked why didn't anyone come out to tell us we wouldn't be served Instead of ignoring the call lights and letting us sit there. I asked for the manager and the girl said she was the manager so I asked for her managers number and was told they didn't have it. So I asked for corporates number, the manager walked away to never return. Instead a little bleached hair girl came to the door and she asked (what my problem was) well I already explained it to the manager, why is someone irrelevant coming at me asking what my problem is. The place was empty, maybe one car at the drive through window. Hard to keep a business open when the staff turns everyone away because they don't want to...
