Placed a mobile order here, order number Order ID: 743778775, I told them me name at the drive through and they told me to drive up. They handed me the wrong order and I let them know that it wasn't my order. They told me the only order they had was that one and that my name and order was not in the system. I tried to show them the order confirmation and the email confirmation, but I was just told they don't have it, and that the only order they had was for the person behind me. I'm showing them all the necessary information and they will still not give me my food. All doors are locked, so there's no way to even speak to a manager. I tried to cancel my order online but the page was saying it was fulfilled. I'm trying to contact someone for 30 minutes when I finally just drove back around to the drive thru and asked to speak with a manager and I was immediately met with attitude. They told me to come inside because I won't be taking up their speaker, I told them I tried but all of the doors are locked, and I asked if someone would open it for me. Then whoever was talking was clearly moved out of the way and the manager spoke to me and told me to drive up. Then I was GASLIT by the person at the window who tried to tell me I misunderstood her the first time and that they were working on my order and it just wasn't ready yet, she then told me she meant for me to drive up to the door. Read moreNot fair to the door dash drivers who are getting paid per order to wait in a long line because the lobby is closed at 7pm. Absolutely ridiculous and when we ditch the line because we're not ordering the manager comes and says we have to go back in the line. Ummm no. The line isn't budging because you guys aren't doing your darn job. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Edit: Back again on a door dash. Lobby is closed but this time it's 4pm. They are moving a car every 7-10 minutes. Their menu board is broken to pieces and big POP (menu signs for those not in fast food) is flying all over the parking lot. They have a grocery cart full of trash sitting behind the store. What a mess. Thankfully this time I learned my lesson and door dash allows you to get paid by the hour. But it's not worth it because there isn't a promo to pay more by the hour like there is at night time.
There's a worker trying to come to work that's locked out. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate but I'm going to do some research and let them know what kind of establishment they...
Read moreJust spent approximately 5-10 mins (no exaggeration) in drive thru from waiting to even be greeted to getting poorly made sandwiches and quality. I understand there was some issue with car in front of me and maybe for some reason they couldn't get person to pull up. Perhaps they could have handled my food through 1st window, a method that could have knocked out the 4 vehicles behind the issue customer so my food wasn't sitting to point they had to recheck each sandwich to make sure that it was right order when I waited still at 2nd window. Chicken was dry and not even on buttery croissant bun (main reason I bought it), Single was overly dressed and lettuce barely existent, and not full portion of fries (not that I need all those calories lol). I'm not one to write reviews unless I feel the constructive criticism needed on easily remedied issues of which I've noticed alot at this location and why I barely go. Whether improvements are made, I'll see if and when I ever return. Kudos to 1st window crew member who at least offered apology. Thanks...
