Arby's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Every time I go in my order is wrong EVERY TIME! So the last time I was in, I ordered and it came out wrong I take it back. I wait at the counter for my sandwich and cashier mocked me for returning my food over and over and over it was ridiculous he didn’t know I was at counter waiting for my food he had his back turned to me and mocked me to the manager on duty Cass the seemed to think it was funny when I received my sandwich it was wrong again twice served wrong food twice on same visit I ask to speak to the manager on duty Cass she didn’t want to hear about what I had to say she continuously repeated. Have a nice night sir she sounded like a broken record I took that as I don’t care sir I don’t care sir I don’t care sir. I told her I was going to do online survey and report this incident i did and no one from management has reached out to me so they must promote rude disrespectful employees I see why Cass didn’t care because her higher ups regional and district management don’t care I’m going to seek out the vice press of this company and see if they care about how costumers are treated because it’s obvious inferior...

I come here often and the staff is always nice and kind except for today around 1:09 the lady had a horrible attitude the entire time her name is Tammy she was in drive thru i was still being friendly and I asked for some extra sauce and she said no I would have to back around and I said never mind that’s fine she aggressively handed me my bag and said bye have a nice day I asked if she was going to let me pay and said “you didn’t pay” with the rudest way possible like it was my job to start the transaction and then proceeded to ask me if I got my drinks I said “no” and then told the other gentleman to serve me my drinks and I left this was the most horrible experience i have had at this location and I am so disappointed I will find a different location to get...

Absolutely horrible. The kid that was working has some real issues. To start he was rude. Then as he was bagging the order I could see thru the drive thru window he was throwing things across the store. Slamming food into the bags that actually tore the bags. When we ask for more sauce he just ignored us. He said it’s a max of 3 sauces. We ordered 8 meals for our family. And to top it off there’s a sign on the door that says lobby closed due to “inconvenience” of the manger. I hope I can get in touch with corporate.
