We have tried to give them time to get used to things since it’s a new store but once corporate left, they have never once gotten an order right. We don’t order anything complicated or substitute any ingredients, but without fail something is always wrong. We haven’t had one order out of the 10+ times we’ve gone that didn’t have something messed up. We have had multiple times the fries we got had some that were completely raw. Most of the workers are rude if you try and bring anything back to be fixed. Read moreWent through the drive thru and ordered five meals. I paid and noticed at the second window that they missed the very first meal I ordered even when it was on the screen when I ordered. I told the second window that there was a missing meal and was willing to pay for it. They told me that I would have to leave and go through the drive thru again and order the missing meal. I expressed it was on the screen when I ordered and that it was deleted after I ordered. They stated it was not their fault/ issue and would not fix the mistake. Read moreI have eaten here 5 times since this store opened. After the first visit which was when cooperate management was there, the speed at which they declined is unprecedented. Friday evening 11-20-20 is the last time unfortunately the counters where they work was completely disgusting with filth. The restaurant was so Smokey you couldn’t see. The uniform young man who waited on us was as filthy as the counter. I could understand once but it has continually gotten worse since this store opened. BE BETTER. Better management, better training better oversight by cooperate.
