Restaurants have good and bad days so I usually try them out 3/4 times before giving up on them. The Carl’s Junior on 89th and Western in OKC is terrible. Every time I have gone it has been in the evening after work and every time it is the same manager. Below I list my experience on 4 occasions:
1st - horrible wait (15+ min; I thought it was because it was short staffed.) 2nd - horrible wait and staff member lied to me (She told me that one of their meals wasn’t sold after 5pm.) 3rd - I order the same thing I was told I couldn’t order before but this time I was told it would be a six minute wait. I was fine with waiting but then they brought me the food (chicken strips) in 3-4 minutes. All of them were ripped in half as if they were checking to see if they were done. I honestly was afraid they weren’t fully cooked. 4th - horrible wait (They had me park alongside another car.); Also, I watched my food go into another car; the customer dug around in it and then handed it back out again. The staff that took the food from the other car started to head back inside but the Manager of the store stopped her in the parking lot and told her to take me the food. I didn’t have to say anything to her. She knew I didn’t want it, apologized, and went back inside with it. Four minutes later she returns with food. I asked her if it was actually a new bag of food. I honestly believe she thought it was. When I got home the food was soggy, cold, and pieces of the wrapper were all over one sandwich. I wish I had just got my money back. Read moreI understand that it doesn’t take a college degree to work at a fast food restaurant But manners and respect are a must. Drove up through the drive through and stood there for 10 minutes and no one ever asked for my order. With cars lined up infront and behind me, I could not go anywhere. After pulling up to the window, no one came to ask if I needed anything. Parked my car and went inside. A young employee took my order and gave me the number. It was noticeable that with only three employees and a lobby with about 20 people, it was going to be another while before I got my food. I kindly asked the girl her name (Kasey) to please give me my money back. She very disrespectfully screamed “good, because were very busy anyways”, she went on and on screaming about how it wasn’t her fault that my order was not taken at the drive through since they were so busy in the lobby. I asked for the manager because she was getting out of hand. She said she was the manager and that it wasn’t her fault employees did not show up for work. I told her very politely that she was very unprofessional and that I would speak to someone higher up to make sure she would be reprimanded. She turns around and tells me it doesn’t matter what I do because no one will do anything anyways because she had been there long enough. I have never been disrespected the way this woman did today. Read moreThe so called manager Kelly that was working the drive thru at 5p.m on June 1st. WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE!! First I asked her to pour out the ice because i didn't want ice in my Strawberry lemonade and got a little upset when i asked her to remake it without ice, saying well your just going to have to wait cause i have to make more, while i was ok with that my husband said it was ok. So we let that slide. The foods excellent but her attitude is nasty. I asked for napkins, and I recieved 2 napkikins with an attitude. The reasoning was cause she gave me 5 ketchup packets that had something so sticky it was just a mess. When I went into the store, mind you with a broken foot on crutches and low and behold she said she was the manager!!! I ask for a rag to clean off the sticky stuff off my hand and a sweet gentleman gave it to me while she continued to roll her eyes hard at me and that's why your getting this ugly review!! She needs to be delt with if she runs a store in that type of manner. Please get back with me District Manager!!!!...
