If you can go somewhere else you definitely should. Spent $30 dollars just for them To get my order wrong and have items missing. So i called and manager basically called me a liar because she swore that she put my order together. Whick i leaned the hard way that that was not the case. So i Took my whole order back up there so they could fix it. Asked for them to remake my order because no one wants to eat cold food. They refused. Said the general manager said they weren't allowed to do so. Which we all know isnt true. I honestly think that manager Is on a power trip. Which come on you work at a fast food Mexican place. But come on fast food is supposed to be convenient. Which going here it is not. Worse customer experience I have ever received from a fast food place. I will never go there again to any taco mayo in the area. Would like my money back since it was just waisted because this week end up in the trash and no I gotta go somewhere else for food. and that I take more seriously than anything because I'm not eating cold food especially when that was on them for getting the order wrong in the first place.. not worth going there for the homeless... just refund my money would be the right thing to do. Because I'm just going to go to the owner to something was done about the customer service...
Read moreThey have an order page for the one nearest you. It has their daily specials as well as thevregular menu on it. For example friday is fajita friday. You click it tell them you want a beef fajita scroll down for things to add. It gives you the price by each extra item to add it. The biggest problem i had was it limits you on the app to just 1 added item and 1 do not add item for say fajitas. If you're willing to pay for each added item don't limit us on how many we can select. The reason i still gave them 5 stars is when i discovered this i called that store, the young lady that answered was a superstar employee. She took down my name and how i wanted them made. Then said do the online order and she would make sure they were made as i wanted and let them know thatcwritten instructions went with my online order. They ALL did a perfect job getting the order rigjt since it was 2 very different steak fajitas i ordered. This was the taco mayo on south western in okc just north of 89th st. Read moreI have always loved the food at Taco Mayo, thankfully the food has not changed. However when I went to get me something to eat, I went through the Drive Thru and was disappointed. While making my order the employee asked if I was paying card or cash, I assumed the question because maybe the credit machine could possibly be down. No, that wasn't it, I said I was paying with a card and was instructed to slide my card into the small credit card machine on the wall. Now let me tell you, it had rained prior to my visit and seeing how far my car was away from the machine, I had to get out of my car and stand in water to pay for my order. I told the employee at the window afterwards that it would be helpful if everyone didn't have to stand in water to pay for their orders.
