The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were excellent as always. The peach shake was a great treat.
What WASN'T so great was listening to a young female loudly laugh and talk poorly about an old classmate of hers picking up a Door Dash order. For nearly 5 minutes she was just so happily sharing her satisfaction of her classmate's falling down to be a lowly Door Dash driver. It was very sad and shocking that this happened at a Chickfila. I thought they selected better quality people. It's very disappointing that a supervisor or manager didn't stop her and counsel her on not knowing what circumstances led to her old classmate to drive for Door Dash (she might be putting herself through school, could be paying g medical expenses for herself, a parent or a child. Dhe could be saving for a house or maybe she was laid off from her "real" job). You NEVER KNOW. But I thought it strange. The Chickfila worker could easily find herself the butt of jokes from former classmates ridiculing her for working at Chickfila!

Our order was not made correctly, and I called in hopes of giving your team the opportunity to make it right. Instead, I was met with not just behavior that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role. Jayden was condescending and rude, and his conduct did not reflect the standards I associate with the Chick-fil-A brand.
Frankly, Iām not even certain he is a true manager, as he carried himself more like an immature teenager than a representative of your leadership team.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps being taken and someone who actually cares to make it right. This location needs to be serious on who they are investing in, as this is who is taking care of your customers in...

But the driver does not pack the sealed bags. The store does. The order arrived. When we pulled the bags out of the sealed bag the bottom of the bag with our soup fell out. Someone at chick fil a had packed the bag with the soup UPSIDE down. Yes. Upside down. As you can imagine it leaked out. When the bag broke it fell on to our counter and went all over our island. I called the store. They said. Iām sorry we can transfer you to a customer service number. They can send you some coupons. Really that is your reply? Not Iām so sorry let me send you a new soup for your sick son due to our error. Just ridiculous. Obviously not one of the better locations in the area. I would stick with the ones you know and avoid this one. They will reply to this review and try and say they donāt do delivery so it must be the third party.
