Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I'm a forgiving sort of person. That's why I found myself at this Sonic after countless other Sonic's have provided me service so bad I drove away without my food, and after Sonic's corporate headquarters gave their hometown of OKC the finger by paying for 18,000 free t-shirts for the Memphis Grizzlies' fans and refusing to do the same for the OKC Thunder fans (who play less than a mile away from their headquarters) during the NBA playoff series between the two. So-even after saying numerous times I'll never go to Sonic again- I stopped at this one because I was hungry and it is literally the only place on the way. They proceeded to do what every Sonic does: after explaining my relatively simple order 3 times and watching the screen display everything else but my order, the girl finally stumbled onto an acceptable combination of food and I said "STOP! ✋ that will work!" I then waited an insanely long time for 3 sandwiches, 2 tater tots, and 3 sodas. So long that the guy who pulled up next to me and ordered a combo meal over 10 minutes later still got his food long before we did. Finally when it arrived I found my Buffalo Chicken Snacker (pictured) to be NOTHING like the picture. I realize it's a chicken strip on a bun for $2, but this Sonic wouldn't even give me a full chicken strip! When I ordered it, the girl stammered at first that they didn't have enough chicken, then changed her story and said "wait, we do." Turns out they only had 2 chicken strips, so rather than cook me a fresh one or offer a different item, they cut one of the strips in half and gave me half a strip on each of my 2 sandwiches! So basically I paid almost $4 for one chicken strip on 2 little buns. Not exactly worth the wait, I'd say. So don't ruin your day by stopping here just because it's "on the way".. I do get there busy and all but I literally sat here for 24 mins in a stall with the red light on ( I know that’s not much time but when you need a quick bite before work I even left the house early to have some time I was still late to work!!!!) , just the service was not there! no one said hi or even could you please wait , I had even tried getting attention to several waiters they ignored me and kept doing there business, what do you know probably contribute to them being busy? I called in an order before hand due a very tight time schedule hoping it would allow me to pull up get my food and be on my way.... I have now waited almost 15 minutes at sonic and I called them 10 minutes prior to me arriving. So it took them 25 minutes to make two meals. I could of ate at a restaurant and had my food served to my table for a 25 minute wait!!! The whole reason I called ahead was to not wait!!!!
