My daughter and I drove by and decided to stop. It was 2:15 and we didn’t realize they had closed at 2. No big deal, but as we walked away the manager (Tommy? I’m terrible with names), came outside and explained the hours and we said we understood no problem. Then he said at 2 he is required to throw out all bagels and offered us each a free one. How sweet, a few minutes later he came out with two giant bags of bagels! He said anyone who is there at two can partake in that, unless a non profit were to maybe call ahead and request some of the end of day stash. I believe that’s what he said regarding that but, nonetheless he said if you’re there at the end of the day he gives out the leftover. How kind this man was, and how nice to not have to waste such delicious bagels. I’m putting the bulk in vacuum bags but I fully intend on going during business hours and patronizing this establishment. It’s fairly new too so make sure you stop and buy a bagel and a drink. My kid spent the last two summers in NY and she agreed these were very tasty bagels. Chewy but not tough, excellent flavor. I will be going...
Read moreI’ve been looking forward to this location opening ever since the sign went up, but unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing.
First, I realized my muffin was missing from the bag and had to turn around to go back, I was only 5 minutes away, so that wasn’t a huge issue. They did give me a free item card for the mistake, so that was nice. But when I got home, I noticed that one bagel wasn’t toasted as ordered, and another bagel had the wrong cheese. That may not seem like a big deal, but my husband is watching his fat intake, so getting American cheese instead of Swiss actually made a difference.
I understand the location is new, but there were five employees just standing at the front and there weren’t any other customers inside or in the drive thru when I arrived. So there’s really no excuse for three mistakes on a...
Read moreI don't want to tear up your rating because I'm still rooting for you guys. I often eat at Einstein's around the country and at a lot of airports. Really stoked when I found out you where in the area.
My bagels were mixed up. I got all the correct bagels but the incorrect configurations. My sandwich had a plain bagel but I'd ordered Asiago Cheese. My plain bagel with cream cheese was an Asiago bagel etc.
I asked all 3 bagels be toasted. None of them were.
Those bagels are small. Smaller than any other EB's I've been to.
There were 10 people behind the counter and it looked confusing but that's not my lane. Take this 5 star review as feedback as it...
