Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The attendant at this location on 59th was very rude told me okay have a great day that I could just go somewhere else that she wasn’t going to take my order just because I said that I find it rude from her part of saying that “that’s how this works” in reference at the drive-thu at first I got there and she kept saying wait a second while ordering and when I said ok give me two mash potatoes I got no answer back so I Stay there waiting for a response back like okay go ahead and pull over to the window or your total is x but she didn’t say anything. After a while she said can I take your order I was confused and I said you already took my order I order the 12 pc meal and she didn’t answer back so I said do I go ahead and pull over and that’s when she said that’s how this works. I go ahead and pull over get to the window and she says ok it’s a 30 minute wait for spicy chicken when at fist they told me it was a 5 minute wait. After she said that I told her you someone told me 5 minute wait and she was like o that’s for regular chicken. After that I expressed how I felt not in a rude maner not cussing her and her response was have a great day. Hope someone at church’s chicken reads this and tell her that’s not a really good way of managing stress...

Bad customer service will get bad reviews every time! It had been a really long day and I decided to stop at church’s on my way home. I pull up to the drive through and begin to place my order. I asked for the holiday box then I wanted a two piece. She seemed to be confused about the order as we kept going back an forth. She finally decided to ask me to pull forward. I begin to give her the order again and she stated she was confused and I’m giving her too much information at once. She was extremely flustered. She finally gives me the order and of course it wasn’t correct so then she sighs and says “just don’t worry about it... forget it just take this for free” so we paid for one meal but didn’t pay for the other. Not sure why she did this. I was fully prepared to pay for everything I ordered. Her bad attitude and inability to listen to instructions is why she shouldn’t be in customer service. All food was fresh and tasted great problem is We We're here tonight to get 10 piece leg & thighs it cost $13.99, I received eight pieces of chicken. 4 apple pies that was supposed to cost $4.89 and I was charged $6.49, and an order of cheese bombers for $1.99. If I wanted eight pieces of chicken I would have ordered it I could have gotten that cheaper. I had five grown adults to feed figuring two pieces of chicken a piece and an apple pie for the four men. I did not have enough chicken because I was shorted. Then I tried to call up there literally 15 times. 3 times which was answered and hung up, 2 times it rang and rang and rang and then gave a fast busy signal, and the other 10 calls all the way till the time they closed we're all busy.
