Club One — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Don’t go to Club One on Kentucky derby day. We have gone every year for 20 plus years for my husbands bday… It has gone downhill over the last 4 years. But today was the worst! They never have enough staff and the poor staff they have is super stressed and today they closed the bar around 4:30 for the first time ever due to the bar tender being overwhelmed! Really? They also ran out of food at 3:30! Who does this??? Had to go down to Bricktown Brewery to get a drink and so many people down there too and all the bar tenders super stressed out & overwhelmed as well. They know this day is coming every year and yet they never hire enough staff for the last 4 years…. Hopefully they can get this figured out but probably not because when we asked to talk to the manager they told us that we won’t want to talk to him because he is mean and shouldn’t even be in this business. The woman at the front was so rude! They mean mugged us and it was our first time ever there! lol if the place is booked, that's ok! Just let us know and be nice about it. Don't ignore us and give us dirty looks. Makes me not want to ever go back! Bricktown took way better care of us! They act like they making...

The service was very slow and it was not crowded at all. There was only 6 tables in our section and none had over four people. We had to find our waitress to make an order. The food was good as always. Our waitress lost my bank card. Thank goodness another...
