The service here was horrendous.

We waited an abnormally long time for someone to come on the comm to take our order. Not a huge deal, just odd. Once a person did come on, they asked if we wanted to add this new order to our bill. We informed them we didn't have a bill then heard silence. She came back and started to take our order, interrupting multiple times during the order of a #4 toaster with no pickles, sandwich only. Once she finally got it right she abruptly cut the call without checking if that was the full order (surprise it wasn't).

We pressed the button, waited again and let her know we hadn't finished. We got a lot of attitude when checking if she still had the previous order in the ticket before starting the additional order. We ran into the same issues ordering: lots of noise in the background and interruptions to us. At one point she even started yelling at coworkers while still on the comms with us.

As if that all wasn't terrible enough, when we finally got our food my fries were so cold and floppy it seemed as if they'd been sitting in there for hours. I asked our server for new fries and she said it would be a 3 minute wait. 10 minutes later I had to walk over to the door to see what was happening. Immediately saw two women sitting down and texting on their phones. They watched me open the door to the kitchen and basically walk in. When I asked about the fries they made a ploy of being concerned and going to get them. The manager came out a few minutes later with fries (ironically still cold) and a coupon as well as multiple apologies. I honestly feel terrible for her because it seems like she's the only in there actually working. She's the only reason this place got 2...

This location is known to be busy as it's near a movie theater, the zoo, the science museum, and a casino/race horse track.

During a recent visit on a weekday, we decided to stop by for lunch after catching a movie. The large shaded seating area with a playground is a much welcomed spot for a group that includes kids.

Like always, we use the app to order our food and was able to enter the stall number (there are two within the shades area) and thought our order would not take too long to come.

There must be some glitch in the app 'cause while the stall computer screen showed our account, we had to talk to the staff via the intercom to confirm our order with the ticket number.

After verifying that we were there, we waited for almost 15 mins (with hot hungry children) when a staff delivered another customer's order who came after us.

We ask that staff to check on our order but after waiting for another 5 minutes, we had to use the intercom again to check on the status.

The staff was kind of rude, stating that our food was ready and that we had to tell them we are there. My initial thought was, why did they not look out their windows to see if there were customers waiting for unclaimed food order?

While the food finally came, the drinks order were forgotten. That's despite them having the receipt showing clearly what were ordered.

Coordination of orders and communication among the staff and with customers are areas that needed to be addressed at this location. The app must also...
