We came in the the restaurant at 2:45 ish. The manager had helped a man . Got his food and then failed to address the other 3 customers in the store they he seen had came in while helping the man in front of us and an elderly lady. He finally called to some middle aged lady who finally came to help take orders. While standing there the manager told 4 other customers that drive thru was closed... And for the reason why? No clue they were not busy at all. Finally got our order in and the manager was being rude and hateful. Saying they didn't have x amount of original breast. Then while we were eating the lady and the manager started arguing and fighting with the other worker about they need to do their job and stop complaining. The older lady said you need to do your job I'm not staying over because you didn't do your job. Well then a young mother tried to do thru the drive thru and the manager rudely cut her off and she came in and confronted him on his rude behavior and he kicked her out of the store instead of taking ownership to his rude behavior. On this day This KFC LOST 3 CUSTOMERS! Thanks to the manager who...
Read moreI had to make 3 trips to the KFC located at S.W. 59 & Shields Blvd to get my take out order corrected. I originally ordered the 8 piece boneless bucket with bites and when I got home I had the 8 pieces of boneless but NO BITES. Phoned the KFC and they said "come back and we will give you the bites you paid for". When I got home with the bag of bites I discovered they were "hot" bites. I didn't order "hot" bites so I phoned again and the said "come back and we will give you the regular bites". Spoke to the manager, a fellow named Shane Draper, and told him I was not impressed with the service but he seemed none too concerned that I had been inconvenienced, so I decided to give him and his crew a review. I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen that if they feel they must have KFC, they would be well advised to get what they want from a KFC OTHER than the one located at S.W. 59th St. & Shields Blvd. in Oklahoma City. POOR SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDE by the manager in my...
Read moreMy mom and I go a lot to this location because it’s close to our house. It is a bit sketchy. The restaurant is always empty whenever we go but yesterday there was a young guy who was sitting at one of the tables with nothing and when my mom and I went to sit down he turned around and kept staring at us then he got up and started talking to himself walked around and then sat at a table closer to us and kept staring at us. Then he got up again and kept talking to himself and was patting his pockets and sat at a table even closer to us and he did this repeatedly until he was at the table right next to us staring and we decided to grab our stuff and my mom left her soda on the table and hurried us out the door to leave. I turned around and saw the guy go up to our table and drink from my mom’s soda. I’m sorry, I don’t know if he had a mental illness or something but he was acting really scary and the staff saw that he was acting strange and didn’t do...
