KFC — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

If I’m coming to give a review it was because my experience was very bad are very good, and in this case it was very bad for the second time around. Last year I came to this KFC and ordered some chicken strips which were undercooked and cost me to have food poisoning I ended up in the clinic due to severe vomiting and diarrhea I told myself I would not go back to this KFC but the other night I ran out of options for food with 2022 graduations going on a lot of the restaurant's we’re booked. We went through the drive-through at 10:21 I remember thinking it was going to close very soon we ordered a eight piece chicken tender and basically could not order anything else because they said chicken was unavailable that the only chicken they had was thighs and a couple of grill pieces. We ordered what we could and when we got to the window to our surprise the server said that there was more than Eight pieces of tenders in the box being that he stated we were going to be his last customers for the night which I didn’t mind because we didn’t really get to order the chicken that we want it. But upon getting home our meal was so trash!!! The chicken was very dry like it had been out of the light for a while the biscuits were super dry and we all know how KFC biscuits are dry already in the first place the fries were cold in old. I also ordered a chocolate cake which taste it old as well. The total cost of our meal was $45 not well spent I would not recommend this KFC...

I walked in just after they opened. Everything is ready. Everything is fresh. The floors were clean the people were nice. I ordered way too much food so no I did not go hungry. Unfortunately I also did not getting part of my order which means I won't be back. There was no other customers and store full of fabulous ready to do the day employees. I wasn't in a hurry. So I can't believe that wasn't their very best efforts for customer service. For the sake of business, I sure hope they figure out how to do better in the future. Was it that I asked but it wasn't rang up? Did I not get it because I didn't pay for it because it wasn't put on the list as requested? I don't know because I didn't feel like I needed a receipt. I said it more than once. So I just don't have any confidence. Maybe reading back the order would prevent the error for someone else. It won't be me. The chicken was just okay. The mac n cheese was suffering but acceptable. The biscuit was awesome! The mashed potatoes were great. Like I said, I didn't go hungry. If you are eating in, it would likely be a great...

I waited for 11 mins extra so my 12 piece with the original recipe yet I received a lady at the window placed my order so it for 11 mins plus 10 additional added was treated badly with the most unreasonable argumentive with her saying whatever she wanted to say for no reason from me at all she was and still to this day this day and that food run made my day as well as my families . We went to bed after eating PB J's unhappily . Even after id called to report how horrific her behavior & her power trip who told me & my wife to come back up and she'd give us a complete cash back and hoped we'd never have to deal with bad experience yet no it didn't happen at all like a employee should The exact opposite was done . We got no replacement food oidb Todd nor cash back ,nor did she have time to get your order exactly the way we received it. Sadly nothing was corrected.
