I go to this Taco Bell literally every day because they usually do a great job. I don't know what was up with that crew tonight but I ordered my normal. 3 crunchy tacos, 1 bean burrito, chips n cheese and a Baja blast. 13.84 first window. I'm here everyday.
I get the bag drive off cause it's always right. Bite into my first taco...ALL SHELL! I said hold up and pulled over opened the taco there was like a glob of food...a glob. I spun around so fast. Looked at the rest of the tacos and they were awful! I mean nothing on them. My girls soft taco was about 3 time smaller than normal and they rolled it up in the wrapper like a burrito. Do what?? I go inside and I'm furious. I give a team member my receipt while the manager was making food cowering. The team member goes go put my money back on the card I'm just trying to go. They didn't offer any apologies at all. She said "yeah that one was uh...." I cut her off and said no all of them! Don't ever make up excuses! Yall are just lazy!
I left drove off looked at how much she put back on and it was 5 something....do what? I've worked in fast food when you mess up an entire order regardless if we bring all of it back or not you put ALL my money on there. This Taco Bell is highly untrained and unprofessional. Read moreStore was eh ok, and there were no cashiers taking orders.. it took 10+ minutes to get help at the counter, when my order had already been ready for over 5 minutes. The workers do not like communicating with their customers and argue when you have a question about your order or door dash customers orders. It’s very frustrating not knowing whether to pull into the drive thru or walk inside. Each location tells me different and it’s very confusing and time consuming when you have multiple orders and there are no vehicles on n the drive through.. I should be able to pick up my order in the drive through especially if they’re are no cars and the store is dead. It’s not hard at all, 69% of fast food and restaurants allow you to go through drive through no problem. Just to park.. walk inside and grab your order from the person at the window who asked you to come in and not take order though drive through. It’s so unhinged and unnecessary especially when the workers are in the kitchen cracking’ up laughing not working at all. I literally check every item I order because of the terrible accuracy record I've experienced using the drive through. I only return to Taco Bell because your food is invariably tasty so, kudos for that. This visit to your store was a notably different experience from the norm. The lady who served my food was all of these things: Pleasant Positive Interested Kind and Accurate! She asked me about my day and listened to my response. She smiled at me and responded appropriately. She double checked my order without being asked and discovered the inevitable error and corrected it immediately, two tacos were missing! This is the first time I drove off with my entire order without going through an ordeal. I truly appreciate the level of service I received from this wonderful person. Also I desperately wish I could tell you her name. I don't know if you can determine her identity, but if you can, please tell her how much the common courtesy she showed my wife and I, means to us.
