furniture is not taken care of, staff is friendly. but the furniture had a lot of damaged areas that we could not see untill we got it home and it got more ruined in the car with the way they wrapped it. They probably should have wrapped it up MUCH better and then one worker tried to cramm a drawer from a less marked up nightstand into our nightstand and it was not going, and when I mentioned getting someone else to try it, he stormed off into the storm like a small child. that was very unprofessional.

She took the time to present us with different packages and price differentials.
