Their manager is illegally requiring customers to show Identification while stating that “corporate” is requiring this illegal measure. When I pull up the common law the manager claims corporate forces him to illegally ID for commerce without even selling an age restricted item, even though the company has no license to restrict sale by age of any sort. I’ll get a full refund and take legal action next time they unlawfully order me to Identify myself for an order I made and provide the stated stipulations/policy of order received by providing name, order # and lastly, the items in description if they think we are a criminal and want to detour criminal activity. Now, if this manager is enforcing his own policy and claiming corporate is forcing him to, then there are obviously two issues. Get it right, Bueno. We can’t order correctly at the drive thru because your system is set up to successfully mess up any order and when us loyal customers chose the method of ordering via website you still detour returning customers by making it difficult to have even the slightest pleasant experience at your business. Read moreThis use to be my favorite location when I lived close came almost daily I have no idea what happened to it came across town to eat on my break most terrible experience ever you could tell they were busy inside because most everyone was waiting on their food and standing waiting no big deal I wasn't in a big hurry it's a Friday night and Taco Bueno was my very first job back home many years ago so I get it I waited until everyone ordered looked at the menu and then step forward to order and stood there for an extremely long time while 5 employees continued to ignore my exsistance not hey will be with you in just a minute nothin ignored the man beside me as well finally the drive thru lady takes my order not sorry for your wait nothing , so I hurry and order because this poor girl who is obviously hating her job is running drive thru as well I thank her while she continues to just frown at me so that didn't work to cheer her up at all . and I settle in expecting a long wait for food , shockingly it didn't take a real long time but a man that was waiting way before I got there was now unhappy because they forgot his order . Finally I see a older gentleman appear that looks to be a manager start helping and just like magic i start hearing thankyou mam sorry for the wait all the sudden peoples orders are made and within like 10 minutes the dining room clears . Read moreI love Taco Bueno, the food is usually the best for fast taco joint. However this location was way below par. The staff were unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. The food was cold and the ingredients were skimmed. The burrito was half filled and the taco salad was missing half the ingredients. The cashier rang me up for the wrong food and I went to return it and they told me after taking my food that I would have to pay for the proper food. After I said that was not right and told them my experience was below par they went and replaced it without charging me. This location was very disgusting. We visited at 11:00 a.m. on August 4th 2021. All of the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty. Both my wife and I use the restrooms and they too were filthy. The men's room the paper towel dispenser did not work. There was a foul odor inside the dining room. We accidentally spilled our drink and they had no napkins to clean the table and did not offer a mop to clean up the mess. We left and sat in the parking lot and watched to see if they were going to clean it. After 30 minutes we left and they have not yet cleaned it.
