If I could give a negative star, I would. They are rude and inflexible. Ordered a cake and cupcakes there last year - came in with pictures of the invitations and decorations, and the lady pulled up Pinterest and started demanding we show her a picture of a cake and not other stuff. After going through several ideas with her and telling her, we just wanted to give inspiration, and for them to use creative freedom, we got a cake that was the replica of two of the cakes. We decided to stick with them again this year but brought in pictures (from Pinterest) of cakes we liked and highlighted features on each that we wanted. Again I walked in, and the same lady was so incredibly rude and demanded I pick one cake and make no alterations “we do the picture, not special orders,” she growled! I picked one and asked if I could add my daughter’s name and change the number (age) on one of the decorations, and she audibly sighed yes and then repeated, they couldn't do special orders. She then proceeded to slam her hand on the counter (clearly put out, and I was the only one in the store) and tell me one of the decorations on the cake was a “toy” that couldn't be eaten(it was a mini canvas). I said I was okay with that, and we would make sure to take it from the cake and not serve it to eat and added that, again, we aren't married to the EXACT design and would love for them to express their creativity. Without a response, she told me the charge was $200 for a 20 person cake that was white with colored spatters. I am all for paying top dollar for a cake that is not a copy/paste basic, small cake, and horribly rude customer service to boot. I went elsewhere and am paying that amount for a slightly larger cake that the baker designed and added more detail. Just horrible how awful this lady...

To bad theres no negitive stars. Very unprofessional. Walked in and the music was so loud I felt like it was a hip hop club. Lady came out (turned off music) and I told her I was there to order a cake. She was very unhelpful. I just needed a small cake and we dont like fondant. After searching internet (she turned music back on) I found a small round Harley cake. Nothing special. She then said what flavor. I asked my choices and she said everything. I then asked for a list and she said no they had everthing. Very unhelpful. Finally I just picked strawberry and she said that will be 87.00. FOR WHAT. She then said fondant. I said I just told you we didnt like that!!! She said thats the price. Even if I paid that I would have had no peice of mind of what I was buying. I was very uncomfortable during the entire experience and she was no help at all just plain rude. The cake was so small it only fed 7 people and she was going to fondant it anyway after I said no. Really??? Im so freaking mad cake diva retired they always made me feel good and I have spent mega money there but I have never been treated like this place did me. I would rather go to walmart for a cake and thats saying...

I ordered a cake for a birthday party. First of all the mouth looked horrible, even people at the party was asking what happened to pokemons mouth,. Second l, the ear broke off at the base going down the road. ( which makes me think something was already wrong with it) So I put the ear to the side. Then we i placed the cake on the table, i still had issues with the other ear as they wanted to keep falling forward, so we had to do the cake earlier then we planned. And not to mention. I wanted candy in the bottom of the cake for a surprise. Barely any candy came out, and I specifically said i wanted candy like m&m's, and candy that was easy to eat, bc i had a little toddler. Instead bunch of random candy ( spiced candy, sprees, jellybeans, smarties, etc.) This is definitely one of the worst Cakes I have ordered. Someone recommended this place to me to me to try and wish i would have went someplace else. Oh and i did call to atleast fix the mouth, they said it would take 2 hours. So I am posting a picture of what i ordered...
