Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I’m not one to complain about companies but this Little Caesars (119th & May) needs someone who actually knows how to cook a pizza all the way through. We went to the other location on May several months back and were amazed how good our pizza was. Tonight we decided to go with this location off 119th and May and give them another chance because before the pizza wasn’t fully cooked nor was the crazy bread. We had to put them both in the oven to finish cooking it. Well, tonight we got 2 different pizzas and I set it for 5 o’clock pick up and following the cook time on their app. My husband left 10 minutes after it went in the oven supposedly. He got home we opened it up and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through and was cold yet again. We could taste the dough when you ate it. The crust had no brown like it should when it’s cooked properly. Only good thing was the crazy bread was actually cooked all the way. Pretty disappointed and we will never go back to this location. If you want cooked pizza I mean completely cooked pizza DO NOT go here! The one at 4702 S. May is MUCH better and Now I know why they’re always so busy inside and...

They were behind on orders, SD they wld give us the pepperoni deep dish for the price of a regular pepperoni pizza since it was ready...we still waited 15 min. We also got a sausage pizza and crazy bread. Two employees were pissy when my boyfriend asked for them to be well done and the sauce wasn't edible. It was hot and clumpy. The last time that we were there the bread sticks weren't cooked all of the way through, we mentioned it to the employees and that's when a female popped back with "well if u want them well done then u will have to wait at least 10 minutes". "Customer wants crazy bread well done!" Is was she yelled with attitude to another employee that really wasn't that far away. Large puddle of water by the drink fridge that they had no intentions of cleaning up, regardless of the fact that it was a hazard. Tip, get a new crew from the one that was working 7/23 @ 7:30pm. Worst experience we have ever had there and the past 3 visits were not good either. We will not use this...

Honestly so rude, wondering why we still give them our business. More and more we pay a couple of dollars more and wait a few minutes more and go a little bit further down the street for Eagle One, and get infinitely better pizza and service.

Please take things off of your hot and ready menu if you don’t keep it hot and ready, and don’t want people asking about it 🙃 That’s not on us, it’s on you, yet I told them what their menu says, just so they would know I guess, and the lady ‘bout bit my head off😳

Please send the notification that the online orders are ready instead of playing with your friends and boyfriends at night when people are waiting ☺️

And lastly, please don’t look at people strangely when they are the only ones at the window and are straightening their vehicle to get closer to the window, after your being so rude about the hot and ready menu in the speaker box. 😶
