Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

So I was gonna give this 1 star due to my experience last week but it was a little better this time. Last week I ordered a large 2 topping (Italian sausage and pepperoni) and cheesy bread. It took an hour and 15 minutes to show up, the cheesy bread was overcooked and unenjoyable (my favorite thing from Marco's is their cheesy bread), so I was very dissatisfied with that. Then the pizza was also over done and the Italian sausage was very fatty and chewy (low quality) and they couldn't bother to actually cut the crust good enough to separate the slices so we had to try to rip apart each piece and it was a mess. Now as for this last order yesterday: ordered XL big cheese specialty pizza and a hopeful redemption of my cheesy bread. I even left a comment on the order to PLEASE not overcook the bread or the pizza. Ordered at 6:15, food didn't show til 8pm. Smh. Delivery guy was nice and polite tho so he got a tip. I get the pizza in the house and to the counter, nervous about my bread....it was done correctly. Still I bit more browned than it usually is but enjoyable. The Big Cheese pizza was overly brown looking as well and I was skeptical but it was good too, except for the fact that they still have not figured out how to cut the pizza all the way through the bottom of the crust. They either need sharper cutters or someone with a bit more oomph behind the blade. Its annoying when you are trying to tear apart 12 XL slices of hot greasy cheesy pizza and it's going downhill quick. Maybe I should have given 2 stars? Idk...it sucks cuz there is only 1 other place that delivers in surry hills. So we don't have much...

Feel like not enough good experiences are shared so here is my simple yet pleasant experience : I called in for a delivery. My address wasn’t immediately shown on their end as being in their delivery area. After a few simple additional questions from the employee (I wish I remembered her name to give her direct credit, I’m sure she will remember the little convo) she determined I was actually in the delivery area. I also asked for thin crust on my pizza and it’s traditionally cut into squares by some pizzerias, on this occasion I requested it to be cut into triangles as the thicker crusts are because I like the crunch of the crust in each piece. It was said to be delivered to me in 35-40 minutes and it showed up in just under 30. Under promise and over...

I love Marco's Pizza but not this location. Last night was the 3rd time to order from this location and each time there has been something wrong with at least one of the pizzas. I even ordered from the location on 122nd to see if maybe I was just expecting too much; however, that location excelled where this one leaves me scratching my head how such a simple order can go wrong. I won't be ordering from this location again sadly since the 122nd location doesn't deliver out this far, but I'm tired of having to pay a delivery fee (not the tip, but the delivery fee) and the order not be correct. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was too done with the situation and just ate it...
