We were in a pinch and my wife ordered dinner for the family in the drive through. After placing order she was instructed to pull forward and wait. She waited 20 minutes and ended up going inside to see why so long. And our food was just sitting in the counter. She asked if it was hers they said ya she checked the receipt and it verified what she ordered. She then drives 20 minutes home with already cold food. Upon her arrival home each sandwich ordered was wrong. The box even had the tabs indicating special orders like - onion and so on. In fact she ordered four sandwiches one plain the rest without onions on quarter pounders. Every single one of them had everything on them and where even made with Big Mac sauce and tomato and lettuce and soaked in it. her sandwich was wrong had mayo on it and she asked for without. This is almost ridiculous to write about but the fries were cold and soggy from her wait there and now the drive home. Granted she should of checked before leaving but she had already waited forever for 16 dollars worth of food that went to waste. And everyone was hungry and cranky. This is the second time in recent memory that this McDonaldâs just doesnât care. When I called for the third time after trying for 15 minutes I was met with sorry come back and we will fix it. Are you kidding me??? 40 minutes of a drive there and back with these gas prices and my time is more valuable. She didnât even offer to mail a refund or take my name. Itâs borderline criminal.    Read moreThis is one of the better McDonald's around me. Today I placed a mobile order and then picked curbside for my food. I needed the few minutes to just be calm before I had to finish a summer class tonight. I waited for 15 minutes before I got annoyed and went inside to see what was taking them so long. They didn't seem busy and a lot of cars were getting their food and going away. I went in to see what was going on and they said that my order had already been picked up. I said that isn't possible because I have been in my car waiting. Turns out that a car had pulled up and said my name for the order and got my food before driving off.
I immediately got less annoyed at the staff and got more annoyed with the stranger that took off with my food. The staff was working to see what was going on and the manager came to me and said that they would fix it. I showed them my order and they remade my order right then and there. The manager was so nice and apologetic. I wanted to make sure they knew that it wasn't their fault. They did what they thought was correct with the information that was given. The girl even gave my name for the order. I am still confused about how that person was able to do that, but I really appreciate that the staff at that store was able to get my order and redo it and how apologetic they were about what happened. The manager was so nice and gave me a hug(which I didn't even know I really needed until that point) which was amazing. Thank you to the staff at this store. I ordered my basic food, went to first window, there were 2 kids lost, just looking at me but not coming up to the window to charge me, all of a sudden one girl comes up and is taking orders but doesnât even look at me and Iâm like, ok, maybe Iâll be charged at the 2nd window? I had like 10 cars behind me and nobody in front, it was definitely awkward. I pull to the 2nd window, I kindly tell the miss that I wasnât charged at the first window since nobody came up to me for a good amount of time. She didnât understand me, she couldnât even speak, just mumbling. This bald guy all of a sudden just starts saying either cash or credit, I have Apple Pay, âeither cash or credit or go backâ, ânobody told you to pull forwardâ. This is just a symptom of managers or owners not taking care of employees. I wasnât being in no shape way or form rude but this guy just starts shutting down a convo that never escalated but he did.
