Would give 0 stars if I could. After getting through most of a quick lunch with my partner on a lunch break in the car, one of my nuggets at the bottom had a huge clump of gray fiber stuck to it(see photos) I immediately felt sick at the thought of all the food I had just eaten without really looking at it. I drove all the way back with my receipt and what was left of our food. The manager offered to give me another 10 pc nuggets which I declined for obvious reasons. I asked for my money back and was given four dollars and some change for just the 10 piece nuggets when I had spent over $16 for the whole meal and had no idea how much of my meal had this gross stuff in it. I asked for a full refund and was told that unless I had the food I would not be refunded for all of it. I explain that we had eaten most of the food before we found the fibrous clump of grossness and she said sorry she would only refund what I had. She also said that it was fibers from a scrubbing brush because I thought that it was dust and dirt from food falling on the floor and being put back, even if it was fibers from a scrubbing brush I should not be eating that and they should be more vigilant about what they are cooking their food in. This is not how you handle giving people food with gross things in it. I emailed corporate but I doubt that matters, if just one person sees my review and decides not to spend their money there, that’s the only way I feel like I’m getting a fair outcome....
Read moreI wish I could give negative 5 stars. Hispanic manager working drive thru window tonight at 1:30 is one of the rudest most unprofessional managers I have ever seen. She looks like a manager I had a unpleasant experience with at Braum's on S. Western Ave and SW 70th in Oklahoma City. Anyways she refused to take my order and slammed the window in my face after I had to pull up to the first window after sitting at the speaker for 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. She took an order from a vehicle in the other lane that pulled up after I had been sitting and waiting to place my order. I am a type 2 diabetic and was trying to get something to eat or drink to bring my blood sugar back up. She put my health and safety at risk as well as other drivers on the road. This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience with her. I have already placed a complaint and will be contacting corporate office tomorrow. I hope that McDonald's takes this situation seriously as she should not be working in customer service and definitely not...

Checked my receipt and turns out I got up charged 30c for a drink that’s already supposed to come with the meal, I asked why and she stated they don’t have medium cups. I was never told that. So I asked for 1 Buffalo and she said she had to charge me 50c I told her she already upcharged me for 30c so I asked to talk to the manager , manager came to the window black lady, did not say a word and just threw a sauce in my car. Very disrespectful. So I drove off, stopped in the front and here comes a black girl yellow shirt on and glasses came a threw a drink on my vehicle, when I proceeded to step out my vehicle and see the damage she went inside and the black manager came out with a taser.
